Castle on the Canal du Midi near Carcassonne

La Tour du Canal Gîte – Small 13th century castle, facing the Canal du Midi, in an area of more than 2 hectares. Nestled in the heart of olive and almond trees. We open the doors to this very private estate, where there are two castles, one from the 13th century, the other from the 19th century, where we live. The large shaded park is appreciated on hot summer days, and is embellished with a large swimming pool. It is located 10 minutes from the City of Carcassonne and 3 minutes from Trèbes.

During certain periods, you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid Clamoux waterfall that borders the mill. Great for recharging your batteries with family or friends. In Cathar country, we offer you a life experience deep in the forest, in the mountains, where wildlife also shares the place... ideal for recharging your batteries far from the constraints and stress of city life. You will find in the chalet all the comforts, and Wi-Fi available. Cool in summer (possibility of snow in February). Gîte among the vineyards

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
