Nice to get away from Auckland city to a peaceful, private country location with all the expected working farm views and cows. Our dog loved all the sniffs. Has all the amenities as advertised including everything needed to cook dinner and loved relaxing on the large sofa and chairs outside on the deck area. Recommend!

Amazing place to stay. Close to Auckland yet a truly remote feel to the place and area. Being able to fully switch off from the outside world, listen to an amazing record collection was magical. Break that up with some local hiking, board games, the odd movie from the wall of DVD’s… we will definitely be back!

Clean and tidy place to stay. Listing as described. Appreciated the privacy in relatively central area - a bit of road noise but that's probably because I'm not used to it. Enjoyed the place and would stay again.

Fleetwood is one of a kind. This experience will nourish you in ever sense— breath taking beauty and pure tranquility. Jac’s—the mastermind and designer behind Fleetwood—has poured heart, care and thought into every aspect of the property, accommodations and guest experience. She is a true curator of art. The experience is like that of a luxury hotel with high quality natural and organic linens, towels, toiletries, etc—coupled with her decades of collecting beautiful art and her own immaculate photo work. I could go on but baseline is that if you are considering Fleetwood as a place to stay, you are definitely being called there for a reason! The host is magic as is every inch of the experience.

I had a pleasant stay at this cozy bungalow! The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy, and the host was communicative. The location is fantastic—just a quick 5-minute walk to Palm Beach—and the neighborhood felt calm and very safe. The bungalow was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed, making it convenient and hassle-free. While the interior is on the older side and somewhat average in style, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the space. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and peaceful spot close to the beach, this is a great option!

We had an amazing stay at Bob's place! The house was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located. Bob was an incredible host—welcoming, attentive, and always available to answer our questions. My friend and I stayed here for 4 days while attending a wedding on the island. Anaia was a wonderful host and a fantastic communicator. The place is exactly as advertised, and very comfortable. The exterior shower is beautifully renovated, and spacious. It’s only a short 5 mins walk to the bus stop to go to Oneroa or Ostend which made traversing the island very easy.

Very quiet & peaceful spot. Had everything we needed for our stay, bird life was to die for + very easy to the ferry, wineries we visited and palm beach. We had a great outdoor shower and bath with the outdoor lights on. Very romantic place! Thanks again Sophie! We will be back!
