There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

Luxurious villa in a private development next to the Doñana National Park, 22 km from Seville, half an hour by car. Located in the famous village of Colinas, where several establishments stand out for their incredible gastronomic offer with local products. The property consists of a 900 square meter estate. It has a private pool and a large living room with a fireplace. It is possible to do incredible routes on foot, bicycle or horse through the Doñana National Park directly from the house.

It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with bunk beds (recommended for children), a living room, an equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one of them in the master bedroom. The house is located two minutes from the village, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, a health center, restaurants and all services. Private parking space is available. It also has hammocks for sunbathing and a barbecue.
