The internet is good, with speeds of about 600 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload, super stable all the time. Another positive point is the security system with an alarm, which brings peace of mind to those who are usually afraid to stay in houses. In addition, the residence is located in a condominium with other houses around, which further reinforces the feeling of security. The location is also very convenient: one block away is a São João pharmacy, the Galo restaurant nearby is a good option, and the sea is a few blocks away. I found the environment very peaceful, great for those looking for a quiet place to rest or even work with focus. I highly recommend it!

Exactly, just like the pictures. Great location and sea view! Everything is very clean and organized, the bed linens and towels smell good, the kitchen is super-equipped. The only point is that we couldn't take a hot shower in the en-suite shower, but since there were two others, we didn't even call José Alan, but I'm sure he would have helped us as he did since the rental. I highly recommend it!

We are frequent guests of that condominium but we have never rented an apartment with a "garden". If you like to stay at home barbecue and enjoy the tranquility of the place, we highly recommend it. And the condominium is wonderful. With respect to the apartment, it was impeccable and is very well decorated, with all necessary amenities (we love the automatic coffee maker). A Daniela always cordial and very practical.

We spent an amazing weekend at the Chalet. Access to the place is very peaceful. Much of the road is paved and 3 km of dirt, but without many potholes. We went with a low car (onix) and it was very quiet. The chalet is close to the Restaurante do Dodô and Morro da Borússia, about 10 minutes. We have nothing to say about the structure, everything is impeccable and extremely clean. Kitchen with all the utensils for a weekend. Good quality bedding. Hydromassage for one person, working perfectly. The view is too beautiful and the place has unparalleled peace. We took our dog and she loved it and explored the place, since it's all fenced in! Anyway, we only have compliments for the Chalet and Gabriella! We will definitely be back!

Perfect weekend, house is very well-equipped, all utensils, washing machine, dryer, wonderful bath, everything perfect. The condominium is very good to enjoy, a lot of sports courts, thermal swimming pool in the PERFECT end.

The place and location are perfect, with a market nearby and very close to the beach. Apartment with cozy space for up to 6 people, clean and with a wonderful sea view.

The stay was perfect! The house is a work of love and art, with signs of affection in every detail making us feel at home. We bathed in the river and sunbathed (about 15 minutes of walking), went to Cascata da Forqueta (by car + walking + trail) and it was very worthwhile! It's beautiful! We saw armadillos on the road and big jararaca lizards on the trail. If there is someone in the group who is not used to hiking, it is better to look for other waterfalls, there are beautiful options. On the road there is pastel and cane juice, there is also Rua do Comércio, with a market that serves very well. The valley is beautiful, the mountains are mesmerizing, the family (which we were lucky enough to meet) is charming, and the house, which has their affection expressed, is perfect. The family is close but the privacy is total! Drinking coffee while looking at the mountains for hours, enjoying a wine by the fireplace at night were an important part of this experience, where time stopped for us. Go and be happy as we were, and have beautiful memories like the ones we brought back!
