A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.

Thanks to our hosts who hosted us for 3 days on the occasion of Rolland-Garros. Only 15 minutes from the entrance and flexible arrival, perfect combo for a good weekend. Thank you for your hospitality, availability, and the quality of the accommodation offered. See you next year?

Marianne’s place is so perfect. Great vibes. Location is amazing! Walking distant to tons of shops, parks and incredible restaurants. The bed is super comfortable with a great balcony view that brings in beautiful natural light. Everything was super smooth and Marianne was very helpful and sweet!

Very nice place and true to the photos! The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. It's close to the Parc des Expositions, perfect for a business trip. Florence is a thoughtful and responsive host. Recommended!

I stayed for a day at Yves' apartment, which is an 8-minute walk from Lyon Station, because I had an early train booked from Paris Lyon Station. The apartment was clean, and the bedding was especially cozy, so I rested comfortably. Host Yves is very friendly and welcoming! Even though it was late, he even came out to the entrance to greet me when I was lost at the entrance. Thank you again. I highly recommend Yves's apartment to those who have booked a train from Lyon Station in the early hours!

Had a great stay, the location was in the middle of paris, perfect place to get around the city via walking, metro, bus, bike etc. The room was charming and looked exactly as in the pictures. Good wifi, and easy to access. Only caveat is that check-in/check-out is a little less lenient than other places (4pm check-in 10am check-out) vs the standard /3pm checkin 11am checkout)

I've only used hotels in the Billancourt area, and this time I used Gary's house for the first time. The indoor atmosphere was very clean, and it was a spacious enough house for 2 people. Gary was kind enough to greet us late at night. I would like to use it again next time. Thank you.

Outstanding Airbnb. Such a great neighborhood. Devika who hosted is fantastic and responsive. Met us there. Texts back right away. Solves problems. Very charming home. It’s small ish so be prepared. There’s just one toilet which is a fact we missed. Tight quarters all around. But as long as you go in knowing that it’s fantastic. We were there as a couple with our son and nanny so a bit tight. Maybe easier for 2 adults than 3 - maybe a couple and a kid or one couple or two adults in separate beds. Kitchen is very well appointed. It’s super clean. It feels like borrowing a home from close friends but with actual closet space. Highly recommend!!

This is a very cozy apartment in a historic building at the top of a narrow 6-story staircase. It has two comfy bedrooms and a living space with a good kitchen. The location is spectacular, including short walks to great bistros, restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites. We took a stroll from the apartment down to the Seine and the Luxembourg Gardens with our 3-year-old and it was wonderful. Please be aware that this stay is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues--it requires carrying any luggage up several flights of stairs to the place and the bedrooms are in a loft at the top of a narrow, steep ladder/staircase within the apartment.

We had a great time at Arnaud’s place. Arnaud was always very responsive and considerate of our constraints re check-in and check-out time. The apartment is walking distance from a couple of Metro stations, offering easy commute to a lot of Paris attractions. The apt itself was quite comfortable and its location offers some great options in terms of restaurants, patisseries and bars nearby.

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderfully spacious and cozy house, fully equipped and with 2 nice bathrooms and 2 separate toilets super nice for a family with teenagers! Nearby, there is plenty to eat and drink and with the metro you are quickly everywhere you want in Paris. To enter the house and the garage you do need a manual, but Dimitri received us ourselves and explained it clearly. The parking garage is super (a bit cramped and exciting to drive in) For our 2 boys, the swimming pool and the gym were a very big plus! Dimitri is a nice host and easily accessible.

Nelly rents a beautiful and cozy apartment! It looks exactly like the pictures! It is very clean, neat and has plenty of room for two people! The bed is comfortable and the bathroom well equipped and spacious!

Cécile's had a nice stay at Cecile's. Apartment with everything you need. Coquet,gifted with lovely views. Secure and good location. Very good for a Parisian getaway.

Olivier's place was beyond our expectations! The pictures do not do the views justice. The unit is perfectly furnished with all the necessities and more. It was absolutely breathtaking to be able to watch the Eiffel Tower glisten at night from the living room. We looked forward to coming back to his place each night to just unwind and relax from the day. It is close to a mall for lots of shopping and we loved roaming around the neighborhood in the mornings. There is also a nice park close by to enjoy! Olivier's is quick at responding and went above and beyond to provide thorough instructions and recommendations of the area. We highly recommend his place and hope to return again in the near future!
