This spacious apartment is located on the second floor of Flats on Carpenter at the top of North Court Street. Two parking spots provided on site for convenience. 60” TV with WiFi only-no cable. You will have to utilize your own streaming accounts. NOTE: The exterior siding is being replaced June-Sept. 2024. Due to the exterior removal, street noise is louder.

Freshly remodeled, everything new, and sits right above Purple Chopstix—one of Athens Best local restaurants (closes early, noise is not a problem!) Attentive owners. Great place for a couple, visiting professionals, or just a solo getaway to this beautiful town.
