Villa vacation rentals in Athens

We stayed at the accommodation over Christmas. Zoe has put a lot of effort into decorating the apartment for Christmas. He also responded to and helped with all inquiries. It is a great apartment with enough space, short path to the sea and the small place with shops and restaurants. The airport is a relaxed 20 minutes and a conveniently located metro station (Nomismatokopio) to Athens is about 40 minutes. I could also imagine it well for the summer.

Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

Fay was the best hostess. friendly, helpful and great vibe. the place is an oasis. cant wait to go back!

perfect for our needs. swimming pool definitely warmed up as the week went on with the gorgeous weather and we've now learnt to consider going later in the season to suit our needs better. but we cannot fault the pool facilities or host. very quiet and felt very safe for our young families. Great location and beautiful views but highly recommend car hire for shopping and day trips as nearest town is 15-20 minutes by car. highly recommend.

Great vacation, hosts are responsive and ready to help when needed. The house is spacious and welcoming, everything was perfect. If we really had to chip, I would say the house is really very dark. Other than that, no complaints!

A peaceful area close to the sea. The location is new, very well equipped, quality finishes. Right on the beach a good restaurant with seafood and fresh fish

Villa Fanis Summer House is wonderful. It is fully organized, very clean and has a lovely garden with a pool and BBQ where you can enjoy moments of relaxation. The hosts, George and Elias, are excellent, very kind, very friendly, and respond immediately to every request. The villa hosted my family as I got married in the area and we couldn't have made a better choice. Ilias and George thank you so much for your hospitality and we will see you again in the future!

Our stay at this beautiful Villa was absolutely amazing. The host could not have been more pleasant and helpful before and during our stay. The location was perfect for our stay and close to the Athens airport but felt like you were on an island. Just far enough outside of Athens for an easy day trip to the city. And close enough to catch and early flight for a day trip to Santorini. The pool and the outside area was beautiful just like the photos. The villa was spacious and the beds were very clean and comfortable. Easy to walk to markets, beach and restaurants. There were 9 of us total and we had an amazing visit all around. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a visit to the Artemida area. 5 stars all the way and we really hope to return one day soon!!

We had an amazing stay at Leeann's Villa. It was perfect for me and my friends celebrating my birthday in Greece. The Villa was beautiful and the host was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend Leeann's place and would love to come back with our family.

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

We are a family of 6 with Kids and Teenagers. The house was beautiful and clean. The view is breathtaking and we had a wonderful time… Theoni was soo nice. She took such good care of us, even went shopping some basics before we arrived. If I were the biggest critic I could not find a thing to nag about… Everything was simply perfect.. thank you again and we‘ll definitely come again… highly recommended!!!

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. The place was for us, a small family with kids à paradise. We were amazed by the beautiful architecture, features and pool. Panos was extremely helpful with lots of local recommendations and nothing was too much to ask for. We will be back !!

Utterly beautiful location, fabulous house and great hosts - would highly recommend!

Nice house with modern amenities. Everything was easy to figure out, but you need to know a little IT (the Phone). Nice coffee maker with really good beans. Distance to the beach is mentioned as 100 meters - it's a little longer, but it's worth the trip. We have been well satisfied.

We were warmly welcomed in this beautiful house with the most amazing view 🤩 the communication was super easy and responsive and the owner and everyone are wonderful people! Even helped us out with some olive oil and other things - thank you! :) The place is new, very modern, super clean and spacious, one of the best we have ever been to! Beds very comfortable. And very quiet to get good rest! It is just a 20 minutes walk to the ocean, a beautiful beach!! and we have been on cool hikes in the area, a beautiful one right along the coast and - there is even one starting right behind the house!! We even took the owners amazing dog with us :) We had sunny weather our entire stay and the ocean was warm, amazing weather here even in the end of October! It was perfect to spend time on the balcony, sunshine until midday around this time year. Good WiFi if you want to remote work. We highly recommend!

A beautiful beautiful house, quietly located half an hour drive from Athens but close by is a super cozy square with supermarket and restaurants very nice! We were welcomed by the owner's daughter. Suoer nice she gave us tips and showed us around. We have felt like a millionaire really great. Beautiful swimming pool, tennis court, very cozy, super big, everything is there. Really had a very nice time and the view is unforgettable! We never forget this whole trip and this house! Thank you!

Let me first say, if you have kids, this is your place! I always have a hard time finding the perfect place for my kids and this is definitely the spot! A FULL toy/play room, basketball court outside, soccer goals, outdoor play place - what more could you want???? Very peaceful, yet still close (driving) to great restaurants. I highly recommend, especially if you have a family!

Nikos is an extremely kind, considerate host. You could tell that all guests were prepared. She was flexible and helped us with any questions/ requests we had right away. The accommodation has 3 terraces with super large sea views, the rooms are the right size, the kitchen is very well equipped, there are many bathrooms in it. We vacationed here as a family of 5, but for two more and it is very comfortable. You can also reach Athens, south corner of Attica and Nea Makri within an hour from the house. The elbow beach is also fine, but worth seeing the other nearby beaches and exploring. We recommend :)

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nea Makri, Greece. Traveling with two children, we found the house to be very spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was peaceful yet very convenient, making it a perfect base for our trip. The house was spotless and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The heating system was excellent, quickly warming up the space even on the colder days, which was a huge plus during our winter visit. During our trip, we explored the Acropolis and Athens, which were magical during the Christmas season, and also visited the Athens Zoo and the Christmas market. It was wonderful to return to such a cozy and welcoming home after our busy days of sightseeing and holiday festivities. This Airbnb is an excellent choice for families looking for a quiet, spacious, and well-maintained place to stay. Highly recommended!
