This is a fantastic place. Central, quiet, comfortable and it feels like ‘home’. The decor is beautiful, all of the finishing touches add extra class, and the beds are extremely comfy. The hot tub is fully private and is perfect to come back to after a day of sight seeing. Andreas made it extra special - he is genuinely lovely and takes real pride in ensuring his guests enjoy themselves and have everything they need. We can’t wait to come back!

I had an incredible stay at Anna’s apartment in Athens! Anna was an amazing host—so helpful, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. The apartment itself is stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The highlight has to be the breathtaking view of the Acropolis—it’s truly unforgettable! The check-in and check-out process was seamless and stress-free, which made the entire experience even better. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Athens. Thank you, Anna, for such a wonderful experience!

We had an amazing stay! Antonios, our host, was incredibly prompt and provided all the necessary information within minutes of our booking. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property radiates positive energy, surrounded by lush greenery, with a breathtaking view of the sea. The cats were the cherries on top, making our holiday even more joyful. It was such a pleasure to sit in the garden, take walks, watch the sunrise while drinking a good coffee. There were days when we didn’t even feel like leaving the property to explore — we just wanted to relax in the garden with our furry friends. We will definitely be back; it has become our favorite place for vacation!

We had the best time. Our hosts were so incredible and very kind. They met us right in the plaza of our Acropolis metro stop. The location was incredible. Views from every room and one of our guided tours met right outside of the apartment. The ambiance was everything and thank you to our host for the snacks in the refrigerator. My kids gratefully appreciated it. Highly recommend staying here.

All flawless with our stay. The house is great, spacious with an ideal layout, with anything you may need to do in abundance. It's not loaded with unnecessary decorations that one usually meets on Airbnb that work “professionally”, it has the intimate feel of a lived-in home. Although this was not about us, it is one of the few cases of a home that can truly accommodate the people listed in the listing, that is, a large family or groups of friends. The cleanliness was exemplary. The neighborhood is calm, sparsely residential and with beautiful nature. The parking spot fits a large car and is relatively easy to access, so you can use it on every trip. Andreas is friendly, always available and efficient in welcoming us quickly and showing us everything in the house. Excellent experience in all respects.

the apartment is in a quiet area but very close to the acropolis, a perfect compromise - central without being in the middle of the mess. Easy to find parking nearby, lots of grocery stores, fruit, vegetables, Bakery, bar. There's a slightly more authentic climate than the more touristy areas, which are still a ten-minute walk away.

I have stayed in countless AirBnB and many of them wonderful. Maria's apartment really felt like a place to live in. Everything in very good condition, easy to find things, no surprises, generous in all ways. Very light, and the host was very helpful yet discreet. I would highly recommend Maria's place for short stays to radiate out from, and for longer ones as well, it's all you'd need. Full five stars.

This is my second time staying at Maria's, and it has been perfect. I love how cozy and warm the apartment is and at the same time has everything you could possibly need, you just feel right at home. Maria is a very sweet and bubbly person and has a contagious laugh :) we met when I first arrived and she made sure that I have all the information I needed about the apartment. Since it was Christmas time, Maria had beautiful Christmas lights and decorations that just made me smile every time I entered the apartment. She also had some Greek Sweets for Christmas which were delicious! Once you stay at Maria's Im certain it will always become your first choice when visiting Voula/Athens.

The apartment was really cozy and comfortable for long staying. Kitchen is very good equipped and the bed is super cozy. Location was also good, it’s just 10-15 minutes by metro to main city attractions. And what is more important the owner was very kind and respond in quickly way. Definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

I recommend it to everyone who wants quality stay. This apartment is a pearl in the heart of Athens. Thelma's apartment is extremely flawless. One of the differentials is the parking in front of the space, since Athens is impossible to find a parking space on the street . No doubt would be in the space again .

Very nice and clean apartment in the suburbs of Athens. Our trip to Athens one of the days took only 40-50 minutes each way. The hosts live on the top floor and are always ready to help, they are exceptionally intelligent and delicate people. There is a Lidl store 8 minutes away with everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. We took a break from the noise of the city and enjoyed the sounds of the village. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay here, the place is spacious and has loads of character. Bed was comfortable, everything you would need in the kitchen, great shower pressure, lovely little private seating area outside of the kitchen. Froso was super helpful, friendly and welcoming, such a lovely host. The apartment has it's own separate entrance and it's on a bit of a hill so there were steps to get up and down to the main street a few minutes away with cafes, a few restaurants and two supermarkets. The metro and a load more restaurants, the acropolis, & Plaka area are only about 10-15 minutes walk away. The location is great, you can walk to loads of places and parking was a bonus so we hardly used the car. The central heating was very welcome as it was really cold when we were there but the apartment was lovely and warm. We loved the apartment and hope to be back one day.

Everthing Great. The pool was amazong!

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We had a fantastic stay. Use of the pool and rooftop were brilliant in the hot weather. Great location if you want to be somewhere quiet but still in reach of Athens. Lots of good bars and restaurants in walking distance. Really clean apartment, room to sleep 6 although sometimes a fight for the 1 bathroom. Only con was communication at times. We were given 1 key between 6 adults and then when we messaged, we had no response. It was only by bumping into either the host or another member of staff (we think host but if so, georgia did not introduce herself) that we managed to get this. However, very friendly and happily provided another key once tracked down. The office kindly lent a monitor to one of our party who needed to work on one day. Really accommodating and pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic week. Were received very hospitably, even our arrival later in the evening was no problem. They were even waiting for us at the gate, so we immediately saw that we were in the good street. The house is beautifully located on a mountain with stunning views. This was a party every morning to wake up to. Very quiet area (sometimes barking from dogs nearby, but that's the only thing) and getting bread from the bakery in the morning was a wonderful morning walk down the mountain, easy to do. (5/10 min) We got tips about restaurants and if we had a question during the week, it was answered directly through the app. For visiting Athens, the location is fine, but nice to have a car, Porto Rafti is cozy, has nice coves and wider beaches. The house met all our wishes, very clean, lots of space, beautiful garden with lots of seating. We were allowed to use the swimming pool. In short... recommended!!

We’ve had a fantastic few days staying at Petros’ apartment. Located within about 30 mins walk to all the main attractions (or 5 mins to metro station if you’re not the walking type!), it’s in a peaceful location, just underneath the viewing area of the highest point in Athens. (If you’re not very mobile this might not be the place for you as there’s a pretty steep climb to get there). All amenities were available including pool towels for the rooftop pool, sunscreen if you forget your own, coffee and most importantly of all, a couple of cold beers and some water in the fridge!! Petros was very helpful - he arranged our transport from the airport even though we landed late at night and really helped us out with a late checkout so we didn’t have to hang around with our luggage! In summary, if you’re heading to Athens and want a nice apartment and a great host, I’d highly recommend this place!
