Vacation rentals with a patio in Assesse

A very nice discovery that I would recommend without hesitation! The house is large and well maintained, the instructions are clear. I had a pleasant stay.

Good accommodation, compliant and adequate for one night, in the basement of a family home. The only thing to know is that if you measure more than about 1m85, you will almost touch the ceiling! 🙂

The apartment is simply a dream, has a special atmosphere and is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt very comfortable there.

We loved staying here. It was right in town. The balcony was huge and nicely set up. The space was nicely laid out to spend time in.

Excellent stay and great value for money. The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Clean, comfortable and felt a safe space. The property is not in central Liege, but there is a bus stop two minutes walking which takes around 20 minutes to get into the centre and also stops right outside the train station. There is technically no parking, but the surrounding streets are ‘green zones’, meaning parking is free of charge providing you are not causing an obstruction. There are tram lines outside the property, but they have not gone ‘live’ yet (April 2025) so you can park right outside if you wish. Access to the property was straight forward, with the lock box access code given prior to arrival. The host was very responsive to questions and came across very friendly. The surrounding area does not have much going on in terms of bars. There is a lovely burger restaurant around the corner called Din’O Burger which I would recommend, they also deliver. Would stay again!

Beautiful location in a quiet village. Ideal for hikes (pay attention in hunting season!) Parking for 3 cars, modern comfortable house with the necessary amenities. The host was clear in his communication.

Sarah has created a beautiful, restful place in Waterloo. The house is nicely decorated, practically equipped with everything you need and the atmosphere that hangs there gives you an instant home feeling. We stayed for 1 night with a group of friends and didn't really explore the area.

We had a more than fine midweek in this well-maintained house. Christian is very friendly and attentive. The house is beautifully situated in a village where you have a fantastic ice cream shop and a cafe. Nearby, much to do. In the house also with the pool table, hot tub, sauna and games. We enjoyed ourselves very much and slept well.

A very nice house located in a nice quiet environment right by the forest. Lots of great outdoor options. Layout of the house was very good and worked great. Sufficient equipment for large groups of people. Smooth process and communication, will be happy to come back.

Very space accommodation. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The living room and kitchen were really great. 1 large bathroom and 1 small one are very neatly maintained. Marche and Durbuy very close by. Recommended home.

What a lovely house for 8 people. Nice spaces, clean, nice beds, good kitchen and a beautiful environment. We enjoyed it.

What a wonderful experience! The house was really beautiful and tip-top in order. There was plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. Our young children absolutely loved the play area and enjoyed themselves there for a whole week. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Well worth. We are very satisfied!

For a first BnB experience, I was not disappointed at all. Sergio is a friendly, smiling host, always at your disposal and with whom you could talk to for hours. The apartment is clean, close to shops and in a very quiet area of the city. The only small shadow on the board (but which is totally independent from Sergio) is the hardship of opening the locks. We can sometimes spend several minutes there before being able to open one of the 2 mandatory doors to access his home. It is urgent that the building owner intervenes. With that, I have a beer to drink with Sergio soon
