Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Assens Municipality

It was a great pleasure to spend a few days in the unique gem of Lindholm, located in the middle of the forest and exuding history, style and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The house is very well located in relation to Odense or other places to visit, and easy to access with parking. All useful shops are within close proximity. The house is large, very nice, very quiet, with all the necessary equipment. Guri and Lars are very welcoming hosts. Everything was perfect, thank you so much!

We found everything we needed in the house, enjoyed the view on the lake and the birds and felt at home. Our 4 children liked their spacious bedroom as well. Bente explained everything and was very helpful. The surrounding area is nice for cycling and nice coastal towns are 15 minutes (Assens) - 30 minutes (Faaborg) driving by car. I would recommend it to families!

We had a very nice summer holiday at the property. Everything was there, even washing powder and dishwasher tabs. The home has impressed with its architecture and special decor charm. We felt welcome and very comfortable from the first moment. We would just like to have a storage space for our clothes, as the two existing cabinets were mostly occupied by the landlady's belongings. By bike you can reach the small beach section in about 10 minutes, in about 20 minutes you are in Assens by bike. You can do beautiful and varied activities from the resort, some of the material is available in the accommodation. We enjoyed the tranquility very much, only the exotic birds from the neighboring house were constantly cheerful and loud singing, so you could be woken up in the morning. The communication with the landlady went smoothly and very nicely.

A piece of paradise- the house is almost too nice to be true! Everything was as in the photos, the entire house was prepared for us guests, everything was super clean, nicely decorated, there was plenty of space (even in cabinets). Great kitchen, coffee maker, fridge with ice cube maker, all fantastic! The orangery and hot tub were the absolute highlight, overlooking the lake...amazing! The communication was super nice, we felt very warmly welcomed! Thanks so much Charlotte, for this great week!

A really nice and cozy house! Old and idyllic style but comfortably renovated. We really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the cozy living room and the well-equipped kitchen. There was wine in the fridge for us upon arrival 👌🏻 It worked super well with our toddler, and Kirsten was super good at communicating quickly and informatively.

We stayed at this lovely place for March and April and immediately felt at home. 🏡 Every corner is filled with rustic, tasteful decorations, cozy lighting, and plenty of electric plugs.🔌At first, learning to manage the wood-burning stove was an adventure, but it soon became a meditative and charming part of our days, especially with Charlotte’s beautiful, light-filled garden in view. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking 🍳. The house is spacious for two, with a lovely glass entrance area ideal for coffee ☕ and garden views, plus charming handmade touches like colorful knitted covers and the "Meditation Snake" 🐍. If the house is lovely, Charlotte and her sweet dog Emil are even lovelier 🦮🧍‍♀️— warm, attentive, and welcoming. Traveling daily to Sønderborg was easy, with trains every two hours 🚆 (just 15 minutes away). It was a wonderful experience, and we are so grateful to have stayed in such a beautiful, peaceful place. We felt very comfortable with Signe and her family. The apartment is exactly as described and very comfortable. The location is great, you can quickly reach the sea and various beaches.

The farm and Kirsten's accommodation are very cozy and designed with love. Check-in/out was straightforward. Communication with Kirsten was flawless and friendly! We had a lovely and sunny stay with our two small dogs.

What an absolute gem! The lovely view, the friendly hosts and the unforgettable surroundings made our stay one of the best. The apartment has all you need: a complete kitchen, a living room that allows you to chill and nice beds; all tastefully designed in Nordic style. We’d loved to stay longer and will surely be back when we’re in the area, as there is so much to see and do and this house is the perfect place to cool down from all adventures.

We had a wonderful stay there, the apartment was big and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. One of the single bed is very small, but it’s great for a children.

Lovely and spacious apartment with everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom with a nice shower. The location is also great, all the sights are in walking distance. There is a carport located right on the property. Annie was a great host!

I had 3 nights in Ingeborg's nice and well-appointed house in beautiful surroundings. Cozy terrace, well-functioning kitchen with gas stove, excellent bed with beautiful views of the night sky. Short bike or walking distance to bakery and grocery store and short walking distance to harbor and bathing jetty. Highly recommended!

Charming house and great garden. Fitted us well on our way home from Germany to Norway, but could have stayed several days. Host was friendly and instructions precise.

it was very easy to find the house, which was located in a quiet neighborhood and had a lovely view and sheltered garden. we thought the place was bigger than what the pictures gave the impression of, same with patio and garden. it was walking distance to shop and a great playground, there was also football and tennis opportunities nearby. it was a great beach that Poul recommended, it was only a short drive away. We were 4 adults and 4 children who cost us a lot here and can recommend both house and host😊

We had a lovely stay at Ulrik's place. The house is very cozy, clean, well equiped, including everything you night need for kids, from high chair to some toys. Communication was very easy and friendly. The surroundings are very beautiful and we will hopefully be back some day.

Dorothe’s place was perfect for our family of three adults and one child. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals with groceries purchased at the nearby market. There was plenty of space to relax and unwind for our six night stay and we felt very safe and comfortable. We traveled to Odense from the USA and needed flexible hours. Dorothe was very accommodating. We would love to stay there again.

Good location, comfortable place to stay. Hosts were communicative and left great directions for things around the house.

We had a great weekend at the house. Everything worked perfectly and we felt very much at home. The garden offers enough space and the barbecue works great. The city is only a few minutes away by car. We will be happy to come back.
