It has two floors, a large living area on the ground floor with high ceilings, an entrance hall, a kitchen, a guest toilet, three large bedrooms, and two bathrooms with bath tub and shower; A tenant lives in the same house - completely separate - on the second floor with a separate entrance. Very spacious accommodation surrounded by nature in an absolutely quiet and sunny location! A tourist tax of €2.50 per adult per day in addition please.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
