The apartment has a fantastic location with sea view in the middle of Svelvik city center. Walking distance to all amenities such as restaurants, shops, eateries, swimming areas, etc. The apartment has facilities such as waterborne heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove (induction), Smart TV and wireless WiFi. The bed in the bedroom on the left is 1.5 meters wide and the bed in the bedroom on the right is 1.20 meters wide. Welcome to Svelvik, a pearl often described as the northernmost city in the south.

Relax with the whole family at this cozy cabin with a great view of the Oslo fjord. A pathway leads down to a small beach 70m from the cabin. There are also nice places where you can fish from. The large two level terrace is well furnished with corner sofa, dining area and barbecue. At the highest level is a private seating area under a pavilion. The place Nærsnes is a cosy place 35 min from Oslo by car. Bus 250 is 1 hour. Small shop 600 m away. Rortunet at Slemmestad is a 10 minute drive away.

A rocky path leads to the private jetty with a rowing boat at your disposition. Within a 20 minutes drive you will reach Kolsås, Sandvika, Høvikodden and Oslo, and by public transport Oslo is within an hour. Light and nice apartment, 50 m2. Lovely surroundings! Perfect place for hiking and relaxing. Private entrance and private patio outside. Free parking outside the house. One bedroom with double bed and one single bed. 12 min walk to bus stop, 23 min bus ride to Oslo. 4 km to Sandvika, 8 km to Asker. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Sea view, a few meters to jetty and beaches. Rent single/double kayak. Bikes, fishing gear and tennis gear available for free.

A gem with a view and direct access to the beach. Newly renovated outhouse with kitchen/ living room, large bedroom with doors directly out to large terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Walk down through the garden to the beach for a bath, kayak, play a round of boccia or hike along the coastal path. 10 min bike ride to Holmsbu with country shop, restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets all year round! Perfect for a couple or small family.

Nice and spacious apartment with three bedrooms and 1 bathroom in Asker on the 3rd floor, with ocean view and two balconies. About 20 -30 minutes from Oslo by car or train/bus. Train station is 15 minutes walk from the apartment, and the local bus stop and train stop is 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. Several grocery stores 5 min walk away, and Asker with cinema, plenty of shopping and restaurants.
