Our unique 950 sq ft renovated home is the perfect Bristol escape with its own patio and shared courtyard garden. There is an open plan kitchen/living area, as well as a separate dining area and master bedroom. The spacious mezzanine level has a double bed as well as desk area. A leafy area yet within 10 mins walk of buzzing Gloucester Road with cafes, bars and boutiques and more. 15 mins from Temple Meads station and town centre. It is a home and not a cold corporate letting :-)

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with every little detail considered for our guests, and we have an outside terrace where you can unwind on sunny days. There is also free on-street parking! (Please note that while our home comfortably accommodates groups of up to 8 guests, we have a No Parties policy.)

Comfortable and Clean Flat - Great Location

A stylish and comfortable one bed flat just off the bustling Gloucester Rd with its great range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. We’re around 20 mins walk into town and close to great local, national and international transport links. This is a vibrant central area but a fairly quiet road. Parking can be difficult during the day but usually OK in the evening and at weekends. There is a lovely park just around the corner and a thriving independent high street.
