This is a complete, self-contained granny flat (unit) with separate entry for your independent visit to Sydney. Advertised as accommodation for 2, there is also a sofa bed in the lounge room if you have 1 or 2 kids. Newly renovated, there is a separate dining room and bathroom. Close to Sydney airport, there is plenty of street parking, and it less than 30 minutes to the city centre by car. Alternatively it is a 5 minute bus ride or a 15 minute walk to a choice of 2 railway stations.
