“We had a lovely stay at the Coach house cottage in Ashburton. Caedmon and Catherine were extremely kind and accommodating. The place is in a great location in downtown Ashburton near the shops, pubs, restaurants and the trails on Dartmoor. This is a great place to stay while attending the cookery school. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Roy was an excellent host, his communication was first class and informative. The listing is accurate and the place was spotless. Comfortable bed and interesting train related memorabilia. A couple of thoughtful extras left by Roy as it was Valentines weekend e.g. flowers and chocolates. Much appreciated, thanks Roy.”
Welcome to 69a North Street, our grade ll listed town house in the centre of Ashburton. Through our front door and along a passageway you come to 69b, an annex with its own private entrance sharing our beautiful cobbled courtyard. Through a stable door and up a flight of stairs is a large light filled room that has a super king bed or two generous singles, a sofa and a table and chairs. Downstairs is a shower room as well as a separate utility space with tea and coffee facilities.
“This is a lovely AirBnB, and perfectly suited what I was looking for. It's very central in Ashburton, <5 mins walk to cafes/restaurants and the amazing food and fish deli's along the main street (and walkable distance for the Cookery School courses). It is a self-contained apartment at the back of the family home, so it has a lovely private feel, and you don't have to disturb the family with accessing the room. Tanya has presented the space beautifully, and it would be very adequate for a single or couple travelling. The shower ceiling height is lower than standard, so might be slightly awkward for those taller than 5 ft 10. The host looks after her guests extremely well, is very responsive for communication, and makes herself available if needed. I would certainly love to return”
