Vacation rentals with a patio in Asbury Park

Our stay was great. The property is clean and spacious, and well located. My only complaint is about the noisy neighbors, sometimes playing loud music late at night outside. But that's not something the host can control.

This place was perfect for us!! My husband and I traveled with our 3 month old baby and our 2 dogs and we truly felt right at home. This place even had a pack & play and a high chair to accommodate families traveling with their little ones. Super clean and a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. The host was very accommodating and even let us check in 2 hours early. I highly recommend this cute, cozy apartment and will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Myra’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway! She was responsive, friendly and so helpful. The space was exactly as described - cozy, sweet, and functional. A really nice place to shower and hangout after some good beach time.

Kyle’s listing was absolutely amazing! We were pampered with all toiletries that you would expect, however, much more! We were able to take a long soak with bath salts, do a load of laundry and make incredibly easy coffee. The porch was a huge perk, being able to relax in the morning and evening. The provided beach towels, passes and chairs were beyond appreciated. The location was also a key factor in my rating, it just doesn’t get any better than where we were located. I would highly recommend Kyle’s listing and will look to stay again in the near future. Thank you Kyle!

Marcos was an amazing host. This place looks beautiful in pictures and even better in person! It was in pristine condition, immaculate, decorated beautifully, safe location, and we felt right at home! Thank you marcos, we will definitely be back!

I wish I could gatekeep this place for myself, but everyone coming to NJ and looking for an Airbnb needs to stay here. Lou was an elite host; he was so responsive and friendly. His place was more than I expected, the three bedrooms and loft was so spacious, everything was in immaculate condition and VERY clean. My 14-year-old son had his own private space in the loft, and he was ecstatic (I only saw him when it was time for meals lol). Very convenient location, close to all major highways and walkable to multiple restaurants (the farmers market was an added bonus). The house had every amenity you would need, I felt like I was at home. 10/10, this will be my go-to place when I am in NJ.

Amy’s place was perfect for a relaxing guys weekend. Amy and her husband were very responsive and helpful when we arrived. The condo had everything we needed and was spotless. The location is great, just a few blocks from the boardwalk, some excellent food choices and Heavy Reel brewery has some of the best beers ever! Off street parking is a huge plus and a nearby grocery store has anything you could need. Being the off season it was very quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend Amy’s place for the convenient location, and friendly and helpful host.

I hosted my sister's bachelorette party here for the weekend and we all had a BLAST! Just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk, and with so many beds, this home was the perfect choice. The home was very clean and in my opinion, is better than the photos. We were thrilled about the fire pit but didn't even get to use it because there's so much to do in the area. Daniel was very responsive - I locked myself out of the house and he responded within two minutes. If you have a large group, stay here!

This house was everything we expected and more. The location was perfect. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the canal. It was easy to walk to the beach and the local Acme, which was very convenient! John was a great host and very responsive. We hope to have another opportunity to stay here in the future!

My wife and I stayed here over Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had plenty of cookware if you wanted to cook a meal. The bathroom had plenty of towels.I recommend this property and would stay here again.

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

Great vacation rental! Unit very clean, comfortable, with all the amenities..The backyard had shower and large picnic table with comfortable outdoor furniture, separate private house in a quiet neighborhood , just blocks walking to the beach and stores. We were a multiple generational family and it served all of our needs. Perfect host! Accommodating to dropping off luggage and getting early start to beach, and also when leaving. Will stay again.

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

Beautiful and clean condo. It has a nice patio and the interior is lovely. Good communication with owner, and they were very flexible with some date requests we had. Highly recommend. (Just an FYI: bedding sheets need to be brought with you.)

Charleen and Nick’s apartment was so cute, clean and beautifully decorated! They are walking distance from the beach and driving from so many cute shops and restaurants! We had rain the weekend we were there but it was so cozy and comfortable we had a great time hanging out in the apartment as well! They gave great recommendations for the area as well! Great spot all around!

Fantastic location and completely updated, clean, and comfortable rental. Everything you need is provided, including beach equipment. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier. Paula and Dwight were extremely responsive and gracious hosts and went out of their way to answer any questions and provide support when needed. Highly recommend!

Very responsive & delightful hosts! The condo was very clean & enjoyed the beachy/modern touches. The welcome water bottles & K-cup pods were the cherry on top! Made us feel right at home. Perfect for our family of 4. The sofa is very comfortable which is a serious plus! Only two blocks from the beach, had no complaints from the kiddos! (that's the most important part lol) We were so sad to leave, can't wait to stay again soon :)

Freda's apartment is on the main floor - no steps and it's the most quaint and quiet one. We enjoyed the space and even outdoor patio overlooking willow trees, watching squirrels and birds while having our coffee, breakfast, and dinner outdoors. The home is so clean and decluttered, well curated and thoughtful. Freda has helpful notes to make sure everything is easy to use. Showers are perfect with good pressure. There is a yoga mat that was useful. The community is quiet and there are plenty of walk paths so you can go out for a stroll or a run. North Brunswick is a great community with lots of restaurants, shopping areas. 15min drive to New Brunswick NJ Transit station. I highly recommend Freda's home! We will be back to rebook here whenever we are in NJ.

Im 4th generation Jersey Shore. My great grandparents built one of the first houses in the county. In short, my opinion should carry a great deal of weight. This AirBnB is perfectly located. It isn't just 2 blocks from the ocean: it is two blocks from the Northern starting point of the boardwalk: rides, arcades, restaurants. You can hear the ocean from the front door. It is 10 minutes from the first train station to Manhattan, 15 minutes from the parkway, 45 from Great Adventure, etc. It is in a very safe neighborhoods nestled in with year-round locals. Plus, you get beach badges and parking: invaluable amenities. You also get a booklet with helpful suggestions and instructions & Beach stuff chairs. The pool is pristine, the location perfect. Michael is an extraordinary host! I've stayed at several Airbnbs. He was friendly, personable, accessible, and just wonderfully kind. I will only stay with him when I come back to visit family. You can not do better.
