Everything was perfect. Diego and his wife were very kind and helpful. The house is conveniently located to various locations. Clean house with large outdoor garden. We hope to be back soon!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, including the children. The apartment was very clean, the rooms were friendly and large. The apartment has a parking space in a private courtyard directly at the entrance to the residential complex. The location was very good for us, in the immediate vicinity is a park with a large playground. You can quickly walk to the city center - the area was very quiet. Delicious stone oven pizza is available directly in the side street. The communication with Elena was really very friendly and timely. Highly recommended

Umberto was very easy to communicate and the apartment is in the center but on a charming small quiet street. High ceiling and spacious bedroom with plants outside the window. I’d recommend the place.

Had a great stay at the penthouse. Leonardo was a great host and attentive to all needs. He even made sure the place was stocked with milk for our little one in case shops were closed as our flight was in the evening. The terrace has beautiful views and the kitchen is well equipped. The space is great and the beds are comfortable. The only thing that might be difficult is the stairs leading up if you have a little one. But other than that would definitely return. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

We had a great time at Alessandro's who is very welcoming, friendly. Very clean, modern, well-equipped accommodation with sea view terrace. Alessandro, his wife and daughter Irene are very responsive, they gave us good advice for restaurants, places to visit nearby I really recommend this listing. See you soon

The apartment was very clean, modern and felt safe and secure. Communication with Noemi was clear and responsive. A great location with stunning views from the balcony at sunset. We only stayed at Noemi‘s apartment in Olbia for four nights , but these nights will be unforgettable.

Central apartment in a particularly quiet area, ideal for visiting various places, beaches and eating in excellent restaurants on the Costa Smeralda. Need to have a car for travelling around. Perfectly clean and everything you need for your stay is available. There is a lack of light in the various rooms, which therefore remain cool, certainly a good thing in the summer. During the months with not exactly summer temperatures, there are still wall-mounted air conditioners that also allow you to heat. Parking near the house, on the street (very quiet, frequented only by the few people who live in the area). Andrea is a very professional, precise, kind, discreet and helpful host. Perfectly managed check-in and check-out with remote communication. Have a nice vacation.

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

We had a great time in La Maddalena. The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, in a good location and very pleasant. The hosting was warm and everything went smoothly. Thank you again for these two beautiful days!

We enjoyed our stay at this little green oasis 🌵🌸🪴, it was well equipped for what we needed and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Valledoria is a good base to explore northern Sardinia, would highly recommend. A bonus is being greeted by the beautiful resident cats 🐈 🐈‍⬛️😽

We were hosted very well by Eva's husband who speaks French very well so easier for us the accommodation is very well located 2 steps from the sea a private fenced yard so for our dog perfect everything was very functional and complete and thank you for all these recommendations that allowed us to have a very good stay.

Bell' apartment located in a very well-kept residence. Great location, parking on the main street. A 2-minute walk along the Porto Rotondo pier promenade. Careful, clean apartment, equipped with every need (stigma, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, etc.). Friendly host and always ready to give directions whenever you need it promptly.

We stayed for 3 nights at Veronica‘s and it was perfect. Veronica always responded very quickly. Check-in was clear and we could even stay a bit longer for check-out because we needed to pass some time as we had a doctors appointment. The apartment has everything you need to stay for a longer time. Parking was at the street, but there is always a free spot. It was very clean and the garden is beautiful to spend some time. We can highly recommend this place.

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

The stay and the apartment was very nice. The view of the sea and Corsica from the balcony is beautiful. The location of the Appartement is very good. The nearest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Capo Testa can also be reached on foot in 15 or by car in 5 minutes. Santa Teresa can be reached in 15 minutes for strolling, shopping or dining. Many thanks to Antonella and Claudia. We really enjoyed it.

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

Spent a week in Castelsardo. The apartment was a nice size for the two of us. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the bed was comfortable. The large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean was spectacular. The problem we had in early to mid September was overcast skies and a roaring wind over a few days which prohibited its use. The pool on the roof is very nice. The agency working for the host responded very quickly. In short, we recommend Patrick’s place for a pleasant stay in Sardinia.

An amazing apartment that was very close to the local marina; with some amazing restaurants and ice cream shop. The apartment had everything we needed for our family, with the pool and beaches being very accessible
