Highly satisfactory stay. Well-built house, beautifully decorated and well located, on a street with buildings of great standard. The nearby beaches are very good and the neighborhood is very quiet and quiet. The space at the back of the house, which includes a swimming pool and barbecue, is grandly pleasant and familiar. Anyway, we spent a memorable week.

Excellent space, with complete infrastructure, all desirable utensils and very good taste. Privileged location and easy to get to. It is located in the middle of the beach of Piratininga, height of the delirium kiosk, a space aimed at those who enjoy rock in roll, as in my case, our host, Bruno, was extremely kind and polite. I would definitely be staying again.

A large, very functional house, with a beautiful garden in which toucans come to say hello, a few monkeys too. The house is 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Barra (much quieter than Copacabana), and 30-45 minutes by Uber (€10 maximum) from all the mythical places of Rio (Christ redeemer, Sugarloaf, Santa Teresa, Copacabana, ...). We loved our stay and would love to come back! Thank you for everything!

This is the second time we have stayed at Flat in Rio and the experience was excellent again! The apartment has an amazing view. We went with a baby and we had a bathtub, high chair, crib and stroller. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it even has a washing machine. In addition to being very well decorated. Impeccable towels and sheets. The condo is excellent. They provide an umbrella and lounge chairs, as well as having a supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery, all within the same complex. Maxcinny responds very quickly and is very warm. He left us some delicious chocolates as a gift. I highly recommend staying in their apartments.

The stay was wonderful. The house is very cozy and well equipped. The location is excellent, making possible a pleasant and quiet walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a square right next door, where we can enjoy a good time outdoors. We stayed as a family and, from my grandmother to my granddaughter, we were all able to have fun with comfort and safety.

We liked very much to stay in Sergio's apartment which is situated at the brink of the atlantic rainforest and near to the Gavea rock. Sergio wellcomed us with tropical fruits and juice and informed us about the surrounding area . The apartment is quite and we had once during our 2 1/2 weeks stay the visit of a "Sagui"-monkey family on the balcony which was very interesting and amazing. There was also a charming cat always waiting for us on the balcony in the morning when we woke up and in the evening when we came home begging for some delicious food other than she got from Sergio. To walk to the Joatinga beach you need around 20 minutes and the last stretch is quite steep and slippery. Therefore It is better to go there with tennis shoes than with flip flops. We were very satisfied with the apartment and Sergio as host.

The place is very conveniently located, close to most of Rio's interesting places, beaches, museums, downtown. Close to metro station. Cris was always willing to answer any questions and provided excellent service. The place inspires a lot of spontaneity and originality. Thanks for everything. 🥰

It has a market next to the building entrance, as well as great pharmacies and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and fragrant on our arrival, a great indication!

Leandro was very responsive and flexible with the check-in and check-out. The apartment is located at the best area in Ipanema, close to the lagoon, the beach, restaurants and still very residential and silent.

The apartment is exactly as described: extremely clean, well decorated and with a structure that guarantees all the necessary comfort. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach, good restaurants and all the charm of the neighborhood. The host was attentive from the first contact, always available to help and ensure a smooth experience. In addition, the bed is super comfortable, the wifi works perfectly, and all the details of the space show care and whim. Definitely one of the best accommodations I've ever had in Rio. Alexandre was the perfect host! His communication was extremely clear and he was very nice to offer us many recommendations of food and grocery spots. If I were to travel to Brazil again, I would only want to book with Alexandre! There is enough space for many friends if you plan to stay here, food is within walking distance and the famous steps are literally a 2 minute walk away! I absolutely loved my stay here and would do it all over again times 10!
