Fantastic welcome . The art of making us feel at home, even hundreds of miles away. The friendliness of all people All the amenities needed for a stay. The beauty of the development and the surrounding rustic areas. The delicious breakfast (the orange juice...the sweets...the homemade cakes...) And the sadness of having to return home, dreaming of returning soon...

Quinta da Padrela winery House

ChristopherRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Very beautiful home in the heart of a winery, surrounded by beautiful hills and vines. The home itself was very cozy and accommodating for us as 4 persons. There was a fully stocked kitchen, so we were able to make food for ourselves. The hosts were very friendly and had a lot of recommendations. We didn't use the pool since it was a bit chilly, but it looked well maintained and refreshing for hotter days. I would definitely recommend!

Cottage for 4 people by Corgo River

The super nice complex is an oasis in the somewhat bustling environment of the city of Vila Real. Ins and their people are very friendly and extremely nice without being intrusive. Every morning fresh bread is brought to the house, great service, also the daily cleaning of the bungalow is very pleasant. The garden areas are very well maintained, the pool is cleaned daily, the water is super clear and refreshing. Our bungalow was more spacious than it looked like in the pictures and wonderfully cool due to the thick granite walls even at 33 degrees outside temperature. The excursion tips are lovingly drawn and well thought through. All in all, four of us had a wonderful week at Ines. Thank you!
A stone façade characterized by weathered granite displays a rustic charm. The entrance features a staircase bordered by vibrant green plants, leading to upper level rooms with large windows. A clear swimming pool reflects the exterior, inviting relaxation around the landscaped area.

This apartment has stunning views of the confluence of the Pinhão River and the Douro River. It is surrounded by lemon and orange trees. The place is secluded but very relaxing. It's best to have a car to get there. Otherwise, you can take a taxi from the station or walk, but you have to walk at least 1 hour on steep streets.
An infinity pool is framed by comfortable lounge chairs topped with thatched umbrellas. The surrounding terraced vineyards and rolling hills create a scenic backdrop, with a glimpse of a village nestled within the valley below.

Margarida bungalows are absolutely beautiful. They are spacious and had everything we could have wanted. Margarida was very responsive to any questions and proactively suggested things to do and the best restaurants around the area. Margarida's brother Louis hosted us for a wine tasting in the vineyard the bungalows are in and we absolutely loved his passion for the process and delicious wines. We can't recommend this place more!

I can't say enough about how incredible this Airbnb was, Carla and her property were so beyond expectations. My family and I felt extremely comfortable there, it is remote but absolutely beautiful. We were not able to use the pool, because the weather was a little bit cold. I jumped in for like 20 minutes and even though it was cold it was very nice. Carla was so communicative the entire time we were there, she made lots of helpful suggestions and helped us to book a tour around the Douro Valley and surrounding areas. She and a friend also cooked us breakfast every morning, which was delicious and helped us to start our day. 10 out of 10, I would absolutely return.

We stayed in Alfredo's place as 5 adults celebrating my mother's 70th birthday. The layout and size of the property was perfect for our group. The setting of the house is stunning, with huge windows to make the most of the beautiful valley view. The location is great, with lots of neighbouring vineyards and just a short walk into town, where there are many lovely restaurants and you can take a boat trip down the river. The house is very well maintained, with all the equipment to make an enjoyable stay. Thank you so much Alfredo & Luis for everything. PS. the opportunity to buy wines and port at the property was a great idea, and at better prices than we'd paid at local vineyards!
