I've stayed here many times and it's always perfect.

Lizzy’s place was beautiful. Honestly prettier than the pictures! The location was so quiet, so private and so serene. Lizzy and hosts were very helpful, happy and immediately greeted us. Lizzy was also very response. The accommodations were very sweet, clean and spacious! We would absolutely go back.

My stay at Harry’s was perfect. I booked last minute and Harry was kind and accommodating and had great communication. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well stocked. Within walking distance are delicious local restaurants and grocery stores and the view from the patio was amazing. I left my glasses and Harry went out of his way to mail them back to me in the USA. 10 stars if I could.

Athina is so nice, very caring host, patient reception and check-in instructions for us, the house is very clean, very close to the sea, Tram, and bus stops, convenient transportation, there are many supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby, it is very convenient to live in.Looking forward to coming back next time

We had an amazing time. Everything was great we were picked up arranged through Bill and Helena which was excellent Niki (our driver) was full of information and so friendly . Let us in the apartment and showed us everything. We felt very welcome and had everything we needed . The area was lovely short walk to beach which I absolutely loved . Shops and restaurants nearby. Shower was lovely air conditioning great .Helena was so hopefully and managed to arrange a late check and arranged our journey back to airport. Again this was done brilliantly with lovely friendly (forgotten name sorry) lady who was great we chatted all the way. I felt so welcome and would definitely stay again . Thank you ❤️

Mrs. Katerina's house was lovely!!! Fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and fully functional! There was nothing we missed about our stay! Photos are representative of the place! There are places everywhere to relax and enjoy the wonderful view!Mrs. Katerina was waiting for us with handmade treats that made us feel like home! It's a home worth staying in!

Beautiful views and nice amenities. House was clean & well furnished. Spa was nice and hot. Our contact on the island Demy was GREAT and will help with anything you need. There is a nice market for groceries and several restaurants and beach bars in Marathonas Beach, a 5 minute walk. No sidewalks in the area and not much shoulder on the side of the road so be cautious walking with young ones. The house is on a main road so there is a lot of road noise, but that's the trade off for being on the water. The Air Conditioning worked great in the bedrooms and made it very comfortable. The unit in the Family room was not cooling properly, but the weather was nice enough that it didn't matter with the windows open. I did recommend to them that they have it checked before the hot summer months begin. We didn't want to rent a car so we used a taxi daily to get around. Demy can give you a great contact to text when you need a ride. I would definitely stay here again.

The month of May in Spetses is difficult to beat. Warm weather, flowers and shrubs in full bloom and, because it is not full tourist season, it is lively but not crowded. Mariana’s simple traditional house is hard to beat. The very large rear patio with its excellent barbecue and a large electric canopy above a dining table still manages a good sea view. The house is close enough to the action - a 15 minute walk to the main town along the main road. Mariana is extremely helpful and on hand via AirBnb messaging at any time. Her father, Yannis, is the perfect and charming onsite host - nothing is too much for him. Ask him for taxi number - Kostas, his nephew with new Mercedes people carrier - again, charming. A great stay.

Amanda's place was beautiful and well worth the money. Super easy walking distance to the main town on Poros and plenty of delicious restaurants and a little supermarket nearby. Amanda was lovely and easy to communicate with and the whole check-in/check-out process was very relaxed. An absolute highlight is the Balcony that looks straight on to the harbour. It feels tucked away off the main road, and gets plenty of shade in the morning, so it's a really comfortable place to just relax. The one thing I would say is if you are hoping to just go straight into the sea, the nearest beaches are a bit of a walk away, and the nicest beaches are even further. Nonetheless we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Absolutely spectacular views and a lovely place to chill out and take in the scenery. Great little cove to explore with turquoise sea to swim in. The house has everything you need and is both a pretty setting to spend the day at and also well equipped with all the essentials like laundry powder and dishwasher tablets making life easy. It is quite remote so one of the roads to the house that google maps may try to take you on to the house was not passable at the time of our visit. Not a problem once you learn to ignore google. Frank's instructions are good and Frank was very responsive when we had minor issues operating equipment. Salamina is not a wealthy or commercial island but it has a wealth of natural beauty with rugged hills, pine forests and lots of nice pebbly beaches (small and very pretty pebbles and lots of interesting shells). There are some great beach and marina side restaurants. We could happily have stayed longer if we had the time!

We had a warm welcome from Michals mother. The house in terms of locations was exactly what we were looking for. Sorounded with beautiful looks over the mediterrianean sea and no trouble from a city like feeling. Many comfy places to chill and relax and a private entrance to the coastline.

Great house! Spotless with everything a family needs! Exactly as shown in the photos in a very convenient area! The owners are what we call “households”....Thank you for hosting! We hope to see you again! Take care!

Anna’s home was beautiful as was the location. Very close to some amazing restaurants on both sides of the peninsula. Easy walk to the ferry. We were made to feel like part of the family. Anna left us lovely fresh fruit, jams and water. Communication by Anna was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Perfect for us and we would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arose. Thank you Anna.

Absolutely loved this unit!! The hosts were amazing and kind. Would love to stay here again! If you’re not into the busy hustle and bustle of the main Athens area this is the perfect place! Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The harbor is so close and you can see it from the back patio which was really nice. Beautiful home, peaceful, and kitchen stocked well if you wanted to make meals. Definitely a gem! 10/10 recommend!

My stay was very pleasant, the accommodation was perfect with an extraordinary view of the marina. The communication with the owner of the small house was perfect with a lot of exchanges about the places to visit. The apartment was a 10 minute walk to the metro with quick access to the center of Athens. My original intention was to visit the nearby islands and visit the historic center of Athens. This small house on the roof of a building was remarkable. I recommend this quiet place.

We had a great time at Perdika! The house was perfect for our needs, spacious enough for 3 people. It was very clean and ready to be used. The best part was the balcony with an amazing view over the Perdika Marina, where we enjoy amazing sunsets. We were also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The boat to Moni Island was super close by as well. Our host, Raphael, was very nice, prontly answering our requests, and suggesting some activities we could do in Perdika and in Aegina. We are super happy with our decision to stay here! Thank you to Raphael for the warm hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a calm, private space in a beautiful location!

Great location for city adventuring. Nice view of the Acropolis, and all of the amenities were as described. Great host - and gave awesome recommendations for food / beaches / etc. Would definitely recommend! Just be aware that there are six flights of stairs to see such a view.

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Alexandria did a wonderful job greeting us and explaining everything about the property! Thank you Tony, Syefanie and Alexandria!

Very good stay. Very easy to communicate with. Made travel very easy to the airbnb and to our next destination.

Despina is an absolute GEM of a host and goes above and beyond for her guests! She had several groceries there for us upon our arrival!! She responded to all our questions and was extremely helpful. The apartment had a gorgeous view and was in a great neighborhood and very easy to get an Uber to take us to the center of Athens. The beds were a little too firm for our tastes, but that is just preference. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great time in Angeliki's apartment! The view and the large balcony as well as the bright flat are amazing. As we were there in offseason, it was pretty quiet although the coastal street is close. The air conditioning also provided good heating, so it was comfortably warm inside. The kitchen was well equipped compared to other holiday apartments, however it could have been maintained a little more. We would definitely recommend staying in this apartment. However we want to point out that the bed in the bedroom towards the seafront was extremely noisy - the first nights we didn't sleep well since the bed squeaked with every slight movement. Normally, I don't criticize beds in hotels because I think everyone has a different taste - but this was unusual.
