Glasbergsboden, on an island in Boxös picturesque archipelago

Glasbergsboden is a traditional archipelago booth with a double bed for 2 people and a small kitchenette. Here on the island there is no electricity or running water. On the beach is the rowing boat waiting for you when you want to go exploring or fish your own perch. Island Österören is an island located in the Boxö archipelago and is surrounded by Boxö nature reserve and on the island's highest point Glasberget stands the stall overlooking the North Sea. The cottage is on top of the mountain with amazing view of the south arhipelago of Kökar. Fresh cottage, made by famous designer, yet simple living. Run with solar power, heated with tiled stove and cast iron stow. Small private sand beach with bridge, boats, fishing gears etc. Very unique nordic experience. Cabin 50 by the sea with air conditioning

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The cottage of 58 m2 is a little separate from the other 2 cabins in the area. There are 2 bedrooms, living room, toilet, shower with own electric sauna, Wi-Fi. A small hill down before you reach your own jetty so is not suitable for people with mobility needs. Deep water at the pier so you should be able to swim. You can moor your own boat at the jetty or rent a rowboat from us. All amenities in the cabin, including air conditioning.

The secluded balcony enjoys mid-day and evening sun, as well as a glimpse of the nearby bay. The house is located 150m from the Kökar disc golf course, a local restaurant and a good spot for birdwatching during the migration periods. Quaint cottage with the sea as the only neighbor!

Welcome to Lunsberg! Here is life still and close to nature. Fire in the wood sauna, warm up by that fireplace and let the days go. The cottage is about 50 sqm with kitchen/living room, bedroom, a generous loft and large terrace. Maybe the best view of the plot can be found in the outhouse located just behind the cabin. Down by the sea there is a protected jetty if you want to get to Lunsberg by your own boat or just swim after the sauna.

Mattas i Finby

At our farmhouse Mattas in Finby, Sund, we can offer a rural and cozy accommodation with 4 beds (two single beds and a sofa bed). It is an apartment on the second floor from the 50s that we have carefully renovated to keep the old-fashioned feel. On the farm there are many different animals (cows, horses, chickens and sheep) and our farm dairy (Mattas Gårdsmejeri). During July, we open a café during the day (11am-5pm).

Åland,Healthy charming house near Kastelholm/Bomarsund

The cottage ( Fridhem), which was originally a baker's cottage, was moved from a small village to the current location in the 50s, when it was also converted to the current house. The cottage is located by road 2, midway between Kastelholm and Bomarsund, about 5 km each way. Bus stop is close, 25 km to Mariehamn. There are cycle paths outside the knot, beautiful forest roads as well. See my guide for tips.
