Delight in our stay! The view from the loggia is splendid! Quiet residential environment with parking and direct beach access. Very good restaurants nearby. Florence is adorable and gives good advice… just a desire… to go back!

The apartment is very well thought out, decorated and equipped. The building includes direct beach access via the parking lot and you can reach the center in 10 minutes on foot. Check-in and checkout are very well managed by Hélène who is very responsive I recommend it without reservation!

Beautiful studio, perfectly renovated. We were amazed by the equipment (up to the parasol and beach towels), and by the generosity of the host (numerous coffee capsules, shower gel, shampoo, extra towels...) these little things that make all the difference. We felt very welcome and not rationed.

Well equipped apartment. Beautiful beach at the foot of the residence. The center of Arcachon is easily accessible on foot. Parking space is a real plus The "children's room" only closes with a curtain and is next to the toilet and bathroom. So you have to be discreet if the children go to bed before. Frédérique was very responsive in all our exchanges.

Incredible. An apartment that is more spacious than the photos suggest. Great location, very quiet sleeping area, large living space, impeccable welcome… We hope to be able to come back every year!

Comfortable and functional apartment for a family with 2 children. The accommodation is perfectly located near the city center and the beach. Public underground parking is really a plus. The apartment had all the necessary equipment and even the bed and bath linen provided was nice. No need to worry about keys with the code lock that also allows entry and exit whenever you want. I recommend it, of course.

Beautiful location and stunning views of the harbor. Close to the city center, shops, bike rentals and restaurants, top floor, not overlooked, beautiful terrace.

Very quiet and nice apartment with a beautiful terrace with a nice view of the surrounding nature. No building in front of us when relaxing on the terrace on the top level. Kitchen fully equipped with all that you need. Karine was very fast to respond and easy to communicate with. Had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay in Arcachon in part thanks to the location of the apartment. Two doors from the beach and a few minutes' walk to the heart of the city. The apartment has everything, perfect for a good vacation. Really great!

The 4 days spent in this place were perfect. The apartment is very charming and perfect for a family of 3. Special mention for its location which is really ideal in the center, a few meters from the Place des Marquises and the sea. I highly recommend it and I will be happy to come back

Great weekend at Johanna and Adrien's. The accommodation as well as the environment are really great. We were able to enjoy a peaceful stay with hosts responsive to our requests when necessary. We will come back without hesitation!

We had a great time in this cocooning suite perfectly designed for a relaxing time for two. As soon as we arrived, we were seduced by the warm atmosphere of the place: the soft lighting, the neat decoration immediately give a feeling of well-being. The private hot tub is clearly one of the great assets of the accommodation: spacious, clean, easy to use, and above all ideal after a day of walking or driving. It's really a rare plus at this price and it completely transforms the experience. The calm of the place, despite the proximity to Bordeaux. It's nice to be able to rest without noise while staying a few minutes from the city. The space is intelligently optimized despite the relatively compact surface. Host was welcoming, available, and responsive. In short: a small cocoon ideal for a romantic getaway, a relaxing weekend, or a well-deserved break. The value for money is very good considering the services

Hello, as soon as we entered the accommodation the first word was wow, it's beautiful. the place is as pictured and very clean. very quiet accommodation. A small downside, we couldn't have lunch on the terrace because it's not covered, the chair is wet from the rain. Apart from that, no complaints. We had a great time. We plan to rent one of your other love in the future. thank you very much good continuation

The accommodation was perfect, the jacuzzi was great. The residence is secure and there is a parking space. It was great, I would recommend it.

Accommodation exactly as described, welcoming host, clean and warm, well-equipped, quiet, towels provided, bed made on arrival, code box to retrieve the key to the accommodation which allowed us to leave early without waiting or disturbing our host, may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility, very good weekend, we recommend it.

Perfect apartment for 1 family with 2 children or 3 adults We really felt at home, everything was there. Beautiful visually independent terrace with the hot tub. The person dedicated to check-in/checkout is responsive and very friendly. If the opportunity arises, I will take it back immediately Don't hesitate!!!
