Vacation rentals with a kayak in Apennine Mountains

Ivančica welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was great :) As in the description, there was basic equipment in the kitchen and sufficient towels in the bathroom. Below the apartment there is another apartment that may be used. When we were there, no one was there. In this respect, we also had the outdoor area to ourselves, here you will find both a large dining table and a lounge corner to relax :) The surroundings are very scenic, you have both the mountains and the sea right on site. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, except for the sheep you rarely hear anyone here :) We were able to relax well. But you definitely need a car to get to the place. Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

We had a lovely stay. House was clean and easily accessible. Unfortunately a bit off the beaten path; but then very quiet. David can't do anything for the annoying dogs every morning. We were a little disappointed with the location of the river. We assumed it was right behind the rented house. But the short walk there was totally ok. Same goes for the washed-out rocks "slightly above" the house. "A little above" are about 15 minutes by car to the mountains to the parking lot and then another good 10 minutes on foot downhill. But the way is worth it; it was fantastically beautiful.

We came just for the night as a middle spot to spot on our drive but we wish we had more time to stay! The house was absolutely stunning and so cozy. We didn’t see the view until morning but it was to die to for. It is so beautiful! There seems like a lot of nature stuff to do in the area so it must be great in the summer. Definitely a place worth staying at! We highly recommend! Only wanted to mention- there is no shampoo, just body wash, so don’t count on it.

Jagoda and Kristijan have created a truly unique, beautiful, atmospheric and distinctive place! Perfectly meeting all our needs. We were especially impressed by the lovely surroundings, the stunning sea view, the sensational open kitchen, and the well-maintained pool. In every corner of the house, you can see the care of the hosts to create an exceptional place and about details. We and our children were delighted with our stay. It will be a great pleasure to visit them again.

Such a beautiful place! Private, peaceful, a little slice of paradise. We really enjoyed our stay. The maisonette was as described and located in a great part of the island - a lovely launch point for beach adventures and scenic hikes. Amandine and Stan were great hosts, quick to respond and very gracious. Highly recommend the cottage for your next Corsican getaway!

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful lakehouse. The house is great and the location is just phenomenal. David and Chrissie are very friendly hosts and have done a great job with this place. We had so much fun and loved all the extra’s that are provided like the bikes and paddleboards. We took our dog with us and the location is perfect for that. He loved swimming in the lake and had enough spots to cool down. We will definitely be back!

Extremely gorgeous lake retreat. Pictures do not do it justice. No one speaks english there at all, but thankfully wifi is fast and translate works.

We had a fantastic stay at Daniele's place in Pavullo nel Frignano. From the moment we arrived, Daniele made us feel welcome and at home. The warm welcome also included local delicacies, a few products in the fridge and a bottle of delicious Lambrusco. The house was perfect: clean, well maintained and equipped with all the comforts we needed. The garden was beautiful and offered a lovely place to relax. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the places of interest in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend Daniele's home to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We had a lovely stay at Brankas cute little Beach House! Super beautiful surrounding, nice view and dreamy sunsets. Branka was super nice and helpful. If you’re considering staying on this little island, don’t hesitate—just book it! Our experience was absolutely wonderful and far exceeded our expectations. Waking up each morning to the sound of cicadas, walking through the olive trees, and stepping straight into the sea was pure magic—utter tranquility. From check-in to check-out, Visnja and Magdalena were incredibly helpful and responsive, making everything seamless. The little house itself is beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered with very cute interior. We spent our days snorkeling in the clear water and our evenings grilling and dining. The outdoor sofa seating area was perfect for watching sunsets, and the outdoor shower was an absolute dream. Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience.

It was a dream weekend! It is a magical place where you can recharge your batteries! The house is very comfortable and nice, but the added value is the garden around it from which you can enjoy the sea view! The house is a stone's throw from the beach (free and with white stones) Nearby is the village of Fazana and a long walk along the sea that leads from Peroj to Fazana! We will definitely come back to visit you :-)
