Magnificent place

The place corresponds to the description and the pictures. The check-in process is very well supported by the host Milena through pictures and videos. She is very nice and helpful. Although there is a steep forest slope in front of the terrace that allows little natural light to enter the apartment, making it look a little dark, but the great amenities of the place more than make up for this. The apartment is clean, the kitchen equipped with everything you need. Even sugar, salt, coffee, tea and much more was available. Price/performance ratio is good for this area. The apartment is recommended without hesitation.

The building complex is an architectural gem from the 70ies. Interior-spaces also well preserved. The building is located above the main village, about 30 min by foot (uphill). There is also a bus connection and parking spaces by the building. The apartment has a beautiful view to Matterhorn. It has fully functional kitchen, and sleeping alcove with a real bed (not foldable sofa or similar) is great.

The stay is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet mountain vacation. Very clean apartment equipped with everything you need, great location from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding peaks. the host's availability was also excellent, which gave us all the directions to find the house easily. What can I say... Highly recommended!

Our second stay at Stefano's place and we will keep coming back for sure, great place in a great location in Cervinia! Apartment has everything you may need and is great for two people, though you could fit family of 4 if you wanted to. Right next to Plan Maison cable car.

Mary is very welcoming and helpful. The homemade breakfast (€7 per person) is delicious and very generous. The accommodation is very clean and very spacious. I can only recommend it!

We stayed at Sabrina’s place for a week of vacation at the end of May. This is shoulder season in Cervinia, so not much was open. But Sabrina’s place was perfect to meet all of our needs and we had a great week of road biking and snowboarding. Plus, Sabrina was communicative and flexible. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay and would stay here again! Sabry was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The layout was perfect for what we needed and included a play area, toys and activities for the kids. The place was spotless; super (impressively) clean for not being a brand new place. The decor was warm and inviting. It can feel a bit cold in the house (rainy season) and the beds were made accordingly - cozy with the layered bedding. Kitchen was well equipped. Stunning views. Short drive to city center and ice rink (why we were here). My only suggestion is to leave a bit more extra toilet paper in the cupboard ;)

Wow!! This was our reaction to arrival!! The description is complete, but not even the photos do justice to the wonder of this location!! It seems to be inside a painting among olive trees, vineyards and mountains, the church and the stream.... The house is really nice, full of amenities with a well-maintained and tidy private garden and garden, a large balcony on the first floor from which you can access from the living room equipped with a huge and very comfortable sofa and TV with fire stick TV!! Given that I have a great passion for cooking, I found the kitchen new and set up with valuable materials and appliances. Even in the kitchen, everything was perfect. Equipped with everything!! The house is a short walk from Via Francigena and in a few kilometers you can easily reach various points of interest and walks but also trekking and mountaineering. Spending the holidays in this house, in this location it was fantastic!! For me and my wife, an unexpected cuddle beyond the vacation!!

the house is immersed in an enchanting landscape, surrounded by the mountains and in front of the Lozon pond. The nature around is beautiful, perfect for those looking for peace, relaxation and walks. Our dog also appreciated it. The house is equipped with everything and, if needed, it warms up well and quickly. Mr. Lucio welcomed us with courtesy and also showed us a great restaurant in the area. Thank you for everything. Perfect mountain cottage for spending days in the snow. A very peaceful area. Reaching Pila by car takes 10/15 minutes. House equipped with all comforts, very warm winter period. Very responsive host and flexible check-in time. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice stay at Peter’s house, the host is kind, helpful and responsive. The house has everything you need and more. The view is stunning and châlet is sweet and cosy. We hope to come back one day.

I spent five wonderful days with my family in this lovely house in typical mountain style, made of stone and wood. Large interior spaces and a very usable and reserved private garden. The landlady was very helpful, accurate and punctual.

Beautiful and clean apartment in a very peaceful location. Maria Elena was super helpful, always caring and ready to answer my questions. Check-in was very easy and self-contained, the house was clean, fragrant and warm and the WiFi worked great. The garden was manicured and my two dogs had a great time. Everything went better than expected and if I go back to the area I will definitely book with Maria Elena again. 5 stars, highly recommended!

The apartment was spacious and clean. Dante was very responsive and helpful. It was very quiet in the area as we visited outside of the main season. But the scenery and local walk to the waterfall were very enjoyable.

Barbara was a brilliant host. Her apartment had everything you could want. She even left an easter egg for our son and when I asked her about buying a sledge she had one at our door in 20 mins!!! Best ever customer service. The apartment has a great view "of the mountains", is very close to the main gondola and a five min walk from the main pedestrian street.

Clean accommodation, easy to access. Qili's explanations were great! Just very noisy neighbors this evening who spoiled the night a little!

It was a fabulous experience, very pleasant, The apartment was clean and cared for in every detail, very comfortable and quiet. The temperature inside was pleasant, we rested very well. Unfortunately, I did not meet Betty in person, but she turned out to be very courteous and prepared, providing us with all the information we needed before we even asked her. We checked in with her husband/partner, a very nice, friendly and easy-going person. If I go back to Verrès, I'll definitely contact Betty.

Wow – what an incredible stay! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Rossella is an outstanding host – warm, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive at all times of the day. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The apartment itself was spotless and so comfortable – even better than the photos! There were so many lovely personal touches that made it feel really special. The hamper of Italian snacks and wine was such a thoughtful and generous surprise – we felt instantly at home. The location is also super convenient, with everything you could possibly need just a short walk away. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Small but perfectly formed - I was skiing in Courmayeur and the drive to and from the apartment was fine, the parking is brilliant especially if it snows overnight, and the apartment is ideal for 1/2 people, warm and equipped for cooking.

Great location. Nice to have a car parking space which was very convenient as a little bit of a trek down to the town if you are not up to skiing a red or want to go to shops etc. Host was super responsive.
