Wir wohnen im Trakt daneben im Erdgeschoss. Wir stehen euch gerne auch für Tipps und Fragen zur Verfügung oder einen kleinen Plausch.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Wir haben alles selbst geplant und gebaut und hoffen, dass unsere Gäste sich wohlfühlen und die Zeit in Krems und der Wachau genießen werden! Susanna gladly welcomed us and she was very friendly and helpful. The apartman was well-equipped, spacious and perfectly clean. The good location made it easy to reach hiking destinations in a short time by car, and also the lovely old town was a good walk from the apartman, where we enjoyed delicious dinners. We would happily return any time in the future, absolutely recommended! Just like on the pictures.

A truly beautiful place to stay. The decor and finishing touches are tasteful, modern, and wonderfully comforting. The pool and garden were immaculate, and the pool itself was such a refreshing treat after a day spent exploring Vienna. The location is ideal — close enough for a quick trip into the city, yet peacefully tucked away in serene forest surroundings that make it easy to relax and unwind. We genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay feel all the more welcoming and special.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten waren super bequem – wir haben richtig gut geschlafen. Das Parken direkt vor dem Haus war völlig unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den netten und reibungslosen Kontakt mit Andreas – schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Wohnung war recht warm – ein bisschen kühler wäre ideal gewesen. Trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert – gerne wieder.

숙소 진짜 좋아요 !! 호스트님이 너무너무너무 친절하시고 인상 너무 좋으세요ㅠㅠ 항상 너무 유쾌하고 친절하게 말 걸어주시고, 빨래도 할 거 있으면 내다놓으라고 먼저 말씀해주십니다 !! 아내분도 너무너무 인상 좋으시고 친절하세요 ㅎㅎ 가정부 쓰시는거같은데, 집도 항상 너무 깨끗해요! 제가 쓰는 방도 제가 나갔다 들어오면 매일 청소가 되어있는데, 신경쓰이는 분들은 말씀하시면 안해주실거같아요 ! 그리고 공용 욕실이라고 적혀있었던거같은데 전용욕실이어서 너무 편하게 사용했습니다 ! 다만 조금 외곽지역이다보니, 환기를 위해 욕실 창문을 열어두시는데 나방이 자주 들어와요ㅠ 창문 닫고 사용하시는게 좋을 것 같아요 그래도 호스트분 너무 친절하시고, 집 채광도 좋고, 아무것도 신경쓰지말고 본인집처럼 사용하라고 해주시고, 덕분에 너무 편안하게 묵을 수 있었습니다 :) 다음에 비엔나에 오면 또 이용하고 싶어요! 추천합니다 ㅎㅎ
