A pleasant, spacious and renovated housing unit at a high level. The apartment is on the entrance floor, there are 4 steps to go up. On a quiet street,within walking distance of the center. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen including an oven/microwave stove and kitchen utensils, a dining area, a sofa and a double bed with a separation option, you can add an additional bed. In front of a cafe with the possibility of pampering meals. Public transportation is accessible.

This butterfly house is a small house consisting of two rooms with living room, bedroom, shower and kitchenette. The property is located in a quiet area and yet only 20' drive to Antwerp and 12' to Lier. The hammock garden would like to let you rest and in windy or cold weather you can enjoy in the veranda. On one corner of the street begins Ranst forest with bicycle junction "77", on the other side is the supermarket at 300 meters.
