The area is unique and famous for its architecture, full of little bars and restaurants, and at only 10 minutes on foot from the train station Antwerpen-Berchem. The place is easily connected by public transport with the center and other tourist areas.

The unit has a fully equipped kitchen including an oven/microwave stove and kitchen utensils, a dining area, a sofa and a double bed with a separation option, you can add an additional bed. In front of a cafe with the possibility of pampering meals. Public transportation is accessible.

You have a private bathroom (9m²) with shower and toilet. The bedroom is about 16m² in size and has a double bed. There is a private garden with table and chairs. You can park your car in the driveway for free. If desired, you can request breakfast. (12 euros/person). During the winter months we ask for an extra 5 euros/n as a contribution to the heating costs. In autumn and spring, if heating still needs to be done, 2.5 euros / night.

This butterfly house is a small house consisting of two rooms with living room, bedroom, shower and kitchenette. The property is located in a quiet area and yet only 20' drive to Antwerp and 12' to Lier. The hammock garden would like to let you rest and in windy or cold weather you can enjoy in the veranda. On one corner of the street begins Ranst forest with bicycle junction "77", on the other side is the supermarket at 300 meters.
