Cottage vacation rentals in Antigua

This really cute stay makes you feel like you are in a tree house. Lovely huge gallery to relax in not to mention the comfy bed on it! Lovely cool mornings and afternoons spent there! Then there is the hot tub treat in the garden - what more could you want!? The place is nice open plan with a good amount of utensils. There is also a little home made BBQ area, we even ate some of the Caribbean cherries off the surrounding trees! The keyless front door system make is really convenient if your group has different plans as well. The second bedroom is a little tight on overall space but comfortable bed. Ensure to pack mossy spray. Ample number of towels provided for us as well which was a great help. Everyone had a lovely time!

A hidden gem that we’ve visited annually for several years. We wouldn’t trade our week at Twinkle Cottage for anywhere else on the island - and by now we’ve seen a lot! The beach and Loose Cannon Beach Bar are steps away with private cabanas for rent and bottle service, if desired (though the hosts provide beach chairs and a cooler if that’s more your speed. The beach is never crowded. Always beautiful views. And it’s THE SPOT to see sea turtles and spotted eagle rays if you like to snorkel just a few strokes out from the beach and it’s some of the best snorkling on the island. Loads of fantastic restaurants 5-10 min drive in English Harbour. Academy of Rum also right on the beach in front of the cottage if you fancy a class. Rentable kayaks and paddle boards too. Also Sunday night parties at Shirley Heights offer amazing music and dancing with the most stunning views. Not too miss and only a 10 min drive or gorgeous 1 mile hike up a marked wooded path from the cottage.

Stunning location, beautiful beach, one nice beach restaurant. Lovely cottage with a gorgeous view. Clare and Nathan were very helpful hosts. We have a toddler and they made sure extra railings were added to the balcony to make it safe for her. They even included a welcome package of food items for breakfast etc which is a lovely touch :-) and a cleaner is on hand every day too which is another added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

This location was perfect for my kids and I. Walkable amazing snorkeling and amazing natural features of the island. The garden surrounding the house had lots of fun and cute critters to discover. Location is everything especially when traveling with children. This place is amazing.

We had a wonderful stay in this super-charming cottage. Location is great, surrounded by nature but also a 10-minute drive to several nice restaurants. Satriece was very helpful and accommodating. The southern part of the island is the most beautiful and great for hiking. The cottage is hot during the day but cools down at night, we had no problem with sleeping. It's advisable to rent a steady car as the road is not the best. We really recommend staying here if you want to explore beautiful Antigua!

We had a fantastic stay at “Tony’s Cottage”. Nathan and Clare were great hosts. We enjoyed the huge front deck (covered) for meals at home and great views. A short walk to Pigeon Beach, Falmouth Harbour restaurants and Nelson’s Dockyard. We rented a car (a must for us) and explored Antigua’s amazing beaches every day. Overall, Tonys Cottage is a great option for those that don’t need or want the typical “resort experience” and instead are comfortable being self sufficient!

Beth truly went above and beyond as a host, making our stay feel exceptionally warm and welcoming. The cottage was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, along with some wonderful recommendations that enhanced our experience. As returning guests, our expectations were exceeded in every way, and we are deeply grateful for the care and attention to detail that Beth provided. The ambiance of the cottage was perfect—it felt like a home away from home, and every corner reflected the charm and character of the island. Andrea and Dennis were perfect hosts, and the house is spectacular. It’s a real hidden gem, close to English Harbour with lots of great restaurants and beaches, but secluded and private with gorgeous views. The house had everything we need; every detail has been thought of. The beautiful pool is a particular highlight. Andrea and Dennis were extremely responsive and helpful, and we felt extremely safe.

Villa Marisol & Solveig are special. The cottage is in a gated courtyard & just minutes from a powder-soft beach known for its snorkelling. The infinity pool is in such a heavenly setting & taking in the atmosphere & watching the visiting hummingbirds from the verandah is bliss. We loved the privacy the cottage offers, but it was fun to chat to Solveig & see her two gorgeous dogs too. Inside; the cottage is serene, immaculately clean & beautifully furnished. Everything you could ever need is here & works seamlessly & there is plenty of storage. Some days we had to literally tear ourselves away to explore Solveigs many wonderful recommendations. Just to mention: Sometimes things go wrong. Even on holiday. On our drive back to the airport I had an unavoidable car accident. Solveigs support & reassurance helped make a distressing situation go easier on me. We won't forget her kindness & beautiful spirit & would recommend Villa Marisol, the wonderful island & its people in a heartbeat.

This is a very special place to stay. Wonderful views, beautifully decorated, perfect for a couple for a romantic break and Libby is a gorgeous host. Highly recommended.

The Cottage was a perfect size for two people. Spacious living area and bathroom and very comfortable bed. The private outdoor space was a great place to relax when we had some rain and the shared space is fantastic for enjoying the panoramic views in the sun and under the stars. The pool is very clean and temperature is perfect for a morning or evening dip. It is necessary to have a car or a ride. The location is excellent for exploring the island as all the beaches and 7-40min away. Epicurean grocery store is around the corner and very well stocked. Kaffeine (in Bay Gardens) is a quick 5min drive (or 40min walk) and offers the best coffee and cappuccinos to start your day. Vinny, the property manager, is readily accessible, super friendly and helped us order a cab for our anniversary night out. We would definitely consider The Cottage for future vacays to Antigua.

Breathtaking view of Falmouth harbor. Able to watch the Antigua sailing regatta from our bedroom balcony!! Nikki was extremely kind and helpful in both restaurant and food recommendations. Absolutely loved that Monk’s hill was hikeable from the Airbnb. A little bit of a steep and bumpy drive, but with a jeep it was no issue. The privacy, peace and quiet of this location was perfect for the beginning of our honeymoon. Would most definitely recommend.
