I would recommend this place for a stay in Nice. The studio is located in the city center and is close to everything (12 minutes from Nice Ville train station), convenient for walking as much as possible. The accommodation is impeccable, clean, and well-equipped (I note the presence of an umbrella left available as well as hygienic protections. Alexandre and Virginia have thought of everything).

Exactly as pictured, it is a great little apartment centrally located. Good detailed instructions on how to get inside. We had no issues and enjoyed our time in Antibes.

The apartment is in a very good location, close to the beach, train station, parking and shops. Sébastien is an available and accommodating host. We highly recommend it.

Very well located accommodation, 2 steps from the old town and a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Place Masséna. It's an apartment with character, clean and with everything you need for a perfect stay: soaps, shower gel, and even laundry if needed. Coffee, sugar, rice and pasta are also available in the kitchen. The hosts thought of plenty of little details to improve guests' stays. We enjoyed the calm and charm of the accommodation and we'll be back with pleasure.

The apartment was exactly as described. Bérengere and Stephane are very cooperative, always available and super nice. Nothing was missing, I felt so comfortable that I booked again for next year.

This place was perfect for us! Very clean and plenty of room for 3 people. Although if you happen to be tall, I have to warn you that the ceilings are lower and slanted on the sides since it is the top unit. The location is very much a 10/10. The beach is right across the street. The beach is rocky, bring a beach towel and you’ll be set to lay out comfortably. Also plenty of restaurants opened along the promenade, the Boulangerie next door was *chefs kiss*. The train stop is very close by and easily accessible to travel between the coastal towns. Josè et Christiane were very kind and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. For English speakers: Brush up on the basics, we didn’t encounter many people who spoke English and my French skills are “très terrible”, but we managed! The locals were very kind and patient with us.

Excellent stay in a charming apartment tastefully and carefully decorated. The delicacy of the host, Aïsha, is felt in her courteous and caring messages. Delighted with this experience.

We went to Cannes for a restful holiday with options of Cannes centre & nightlife. It was a lovely holiday..peaceful round the house then we sometimes Ubered into town for our evening meals and bars. There is a large shop which was a short walking distance away. The Netflix, Prime and Apple TV connections were a great option for the evenings also. Our host, Karen, helped us with any queries and we could message her anytime if there was a problem. Our dog loved it also…secure fencing and lots of space in the garden for her to run round.

We had a great time in this apartment located in a charming little village near Nice, very peaceful and pleasant. The place is quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the apartment met our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The owner was very responsive and attentive, which greatly facilitated our stay. Only small point to improve: it lacked some cooking utensils, including a large knife, to cook more easily. But overall a really good experience!

This was a perfect house for a girls trip. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space. The house is charming and the amenities are all accurate to the description. The area is safe & secure in a gated community. The house is quiet and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. There is a supermarket nearby with walking distance which was handy, we were also able to get taxis to Nice using Uber. Thank you!

Catherine is a wonderful host! This place was perfect for a family of four and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of time - morning and night - on the terrace embracing the view. Everything we needed was supplied, including a fridge outside - that helped tremendously and allowed us to eat breakfast and dinner at the house. Catherine checked on us daily and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and ice cream shops which were delicious! A grocery store isn't far from the house and there is a path (short cut) that cuts down the time if you want to walk. Remember, you are carrying items uphill on the way back! It was a little chilly for the pool while we were there, but in warmer weather - what an addition to your trip! Not a far drive to Nice or Monaco! Thank you, Catherine and Sergey!

The apartment is situated in the heart of Antibes right by the train station (though we couldn’t hear the trains) and is a short distance from the centre of town. Keri is a lovely and kind host. You can feel you are staying in someone’s home and that you aren’t in a commercial property. The house is comfortable, beautifully and personally decorated with one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve ever used. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Keris Airbnb to anyone with the only caveat being if you need high speed internet then it may not meet your requirements.

The apartment is in a very quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by a small park. 7 min walk to the beach, 20 mins walk to the Cannes city center. Uber works smoothly too, in case walking is not an option. The apartment has everything one might need - from coffee machine to sun umbrellas and towels. And even slippers and bath towels, which was a very nice touch. The whole apartment is comfortable and spacious. From the balcony one can see the sea a little and the nearby house. Moreno was very extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Accommodation was perfect in every way. Pristine, comfortable and all amenities were well thought of. Absolutely amazing. A truly Wonderful stay. Jean-Pierre is extremely friendly and welcoming with an amazing sense of humour. We are hoping to be back.

I had a lovely stay at this studio! It is impeccably clean, very well equipped and arranged. The decor is very cute. WiFi is super fast and works very well. The view is sublime, you can enjoy it on the balcony which is quite large! The photos are consistent with reality. The studio is very quiet inside, no neighborhood noise. A lot of attention from the owners in the studio, we feel that everything is done to facilitate the daily life of travelers and make them happy. It's rare enough to be highlighted. The environment is very pleasant, the beaches are beautiful. I received a very warm welcome from Corinne. She and Sébastien remain available during the stay if needed, which is very nice and helpful of them. We feel that they want to facilitate guests' stays. I say bravo to them for this studio which breathes positive vibes and in which we feel all their kindness.

We stayed one night at Carole's place, who was very responsive to welcome us and give us all the useful instructions. We were really quiet and the view from the terrace is beautiful and relaxing, of course the pool was a plus! the little one was happy. The apartment is quite small (bedroom with the bunk bed especially overlooking the hallway) but for a short stay it's fine! We recommend it.

We really liked it! It was very spacious and all the furniture was comfortable and functional. Fully equipped kitchen was a tip. Also it was very clean and had parking areas in the surrounding area
