Bérangère's place was superb! We were able to enjoy the outdoors thanks to a long sunny weekend. The view from the terrace is a big plus! If you want to enjoy a place to stay near Annecy, this is the perfect place to stay.

The stay was very nice. Maxime and Julia responded to our messages in a timely manner and were helpful. The house is modernly equipped and the view is beautiful! I would book the place again.

We loved our stay at Christina and Nicolas' house. The house is quiet, located next to the lake and has mountain views. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedding is comfortable. The house is also beautifully decorated. Communication with Christina and Nicolas went very well! We'll be happy to go back.

Great stay in beautiful surroundings! Very welcoming host, we recommend it! Very relaxing, very quiet by the lake. Very clean! If I had to give one small point, we thought that access to the lake was at the foot of the accommodation with the photos, but you have to cross the road. Which is not a problem at all. One of the best AirBnB stays I've had. The place is equipped with everything you can think off. The hosts were super friendly and was nice to have a chat with at the end of the day when arriving at the home. Highly recommended

This is a super house between the lake and the mountains. There is plenty of outside space. It was spotlessly clean and the best equipped Airbnb we’ve ever visited.

We enjoyed the space and our stay. It was clean, roomy and had a great view of the lake. It was nice to sit outside on the covered porch. The walk to the historic town was quick and easy, making the location ideal for us. While there were a lot of codes and instructions for getting into the property, they failed to mention that the apartment is in a different building from the parking garage. Once we figured that out, it was fine. We also expected to be able to walk to the lake using the green space behind the building where others were walking, but there is not access. After several attempts, we just took the street which didn't take long. The lake is beautiful and we were grateful to have the bikes provides for use. Despite some of the confusion, the host was great and we'd stay here again!

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and well insulated. It is in the city center of Annecy, close to a shopping center and Lake Annecy a 10min walk away. Great location to explore the city on foot or bike! Guillaume was able to recommend good places (restaurants, bakeries, free parking...) and even lend us a crib and a high chair for our stay😊.

Kenji's place felt modern, clean and came well equipped. It is in a great spot for a trip to Annecy and had convenient parking. Kenji and his Dad were excellent hosts, available for check in and check out but otherwise we were left to enjoy a peaceful stay. Should we return to Annecy, we would stay with Kenji again.

We have rarely stayed in an apartment so well-equipped, clean, welcoming and it was really very nice! The accommodation is well located, in a quiet location a few minutes walk to downtown Annecy and the lake Even more so with the on-site parking that allowed us to only walk in the city or bike around the lake

Very nice cozy peaceful apartment overlooking the park side with a beautiful view of the lake in the shade for very hot days, much appreciated. Everything is done for a pleasant stay, the air conditioning is a real plus. Quality amenities (kitchen, bathroom) and very comfortable beds. Pleasant stay at Magali's home. The apartment was easy to access, functional, and very clean! A little extra with the garage to put the car. The environment was quiet, with a great view of the mountains. 🏔️ Lake Annecy 5 minutes away by car was ideal! Thanks for everything!

Very nice little apartment, a little away from the old town which makes it easily accessible. Very close to Paquier. Very well provided. Perfect for 2 people. Detail: provide a mask for the night, the blinds do not close perfectly, the brightness can be annoying.

the accommodation matched the description, tidy, clean and nice when we arrived. the accommodation offers good equipment for the kitchen, as well as bedding already present for the bed, as well as bath towels, which is very nice. the garage is large and secure in addition, all quite close to the lake. François is courteous and kind, he answered all our questions despite the fact that we did not see him in person, I recommend the accommodation!

Functional apartment, comfortable bed, nice balcony sunny in the morning; great location, close to the lake for swimming, access to the empty center easy by bike or bus or 20-minute walk, small local shops very nice.

We stayed a couple of nights in the apartment. It is a very nice apartment with a lovely balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and meets all needs. Talloires is a lovely village to stay in. We definitely recommend staying here.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.
