Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Annecy-le-Vieux

Martine welcomed us warmly to her very well-equipped and as-described accommodation. We felt right at home and our baby acclimated very well. Our host is not stingy with advice and recommendations about the area. In love with the area, we will definitely come back to this little nest!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends in Dominique's home and we are more than delighted! The accommodation is really great, the location is really ideal and there are enough parking spots. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

Very nice house with a nice garden behind and a terrace in the front. The area is superb (hikes, swimming) and the welcome charming. Convenient access, nearby amenities. I would highly recommend this rental.

Our stay went very well. The apartment is very well located and has a terrace that adds to the rental. Anne is a very responsive host to requests and gave us some great information. The place is quiet and relaxing with the lake nearby. We loved discovering Annecy and its surroundings. We highly recommend this accommodation and will not hesitate to rent it again if we return to the area.

Lovely house, very clean, in a quiet area, with a path in nature within walking distance. We only stayed 6 nights but the services offered would make a longer stay pleasant and convenient. If needed, we'll be back with pleasure.

Very nice view of the mountains, peaceful outdoor area for lunch, dinner and an aperitif. Well located close to Lake Annecy, La Clusaz, restaurants and all shops. Evelyne greeted us warmly when we arrived. The apartment was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The cherry on the top was the whole apartment is kitted out for babies and young children, which was so wonderful for our little granddaughter. The views are stunning, and just a short drive down to Aix-les-Bains and youre at the beautiful lake. We had a really pleasant stay. Thank you Evelyn.

A perfect stay, Marilyn was present at check-in for all the explanations and for our departure. very convenient private parking during this weekend where all the Annecy car parks were full! 10 minutes walk from the lake and the city center, we were able to fully enjoy the weekend.

Wonderful apartment, nothing to say, atmosphere, decoration, everything is there for a wonderful time. Close to all amenities, we just had to put down our bags and enjoy. Very responsive host. I recommend it, you won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed the accommodation, everything was very clean, the environment is really very pleasant... We were able to enjoy the pool, it was great! We had a lovely stay at Maude's. The apartment was very clean, quiet, well-equipped and ideally located (located 10/15 min drive from Annecy). The balcony also offers a beautiful view of the mountains across the lake.
