A very comfortable beach house with excellent views. The pool was fantastic & the deck had ample seating & shade umbrellas. The house was clean & tidy, making for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at Duncan’s place. The view of lake was lovely plus it was great having access to the pool. Having the Beachie Pub within walking distance was a great bonus too. Thank you for hosting our stay.!

A great home, spacious and well-equipped with everything two families with young children needed. The beds were so comfy, everything very clean and the pool was great. We really appreciated Panassa & Nathan’s local recommendations - the Beachie was a great spot for an early dinner.

My family and I booked Brendon and Melanie’s place for a family weekend away and had the best time! The house was extremely spacious and boasted an ensuite bathroom to every bedroom which made the stay even more spectacular! We loved how close it was to the vineyards with a short a drive and will definitely book again when we decide to visit the hunter valley again!

We had a fantastic weekend at Vanessa and Laurie's place. The house has been beautifully renovated, bright and there was ample space for everyone. The pool was the highlight, clean, great temp and immaculate landscaping surrounds. We did not need to leave!

Booked my 30th birthday party at Villa Nessa and it surpassed my expectations. The house is incredible - very comfortable, super clean and very well equipped for parties, with plastic cups etc. Villa Nessa is located in a very private and peaceful location and the only sounds you can hear are from nature. I’d 100% go back!!

We had a great stay for 6 nights. Clean, great location, walk to the beach and main strip. Casey was a great host. Dog friendly was a plus.

If I could give ten stars I would! Birubi Blue Beach House has everything and more. Perfect for our weekend get away with three friends and pups. The place is super organized and generous. Fabulous outdoor space which is very private and also secure for our pups. In walking distance to Birubi beach and to the local shops. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back!

What can I say about this place but WOW! Absolutely gorgeous! A home away from home. Surrounded by the sounds of nature and the peace and fresh air. Getting into the spa late at night and looking up to see the beautiful stars and the fresh air! We came to celebrate my birthday and absolutely loved how private this place was. Very secure with a coded gate and Scott was fantastic! We ended up staying an extra night! Will definitely be coming back here many many more times! Our little escape. Wish we had longer - Almost makes me want to move! So, if you are looking for a romantic getaway or with friends and family, this is the place to come!

Great little air bnb located on Laura's small farm property. The place had all we needed for a two night stay and was a very relaxing place to be away from traffic and other noise for a while! Laura was lovely and communicated well with us prior to check-in. Great value and would definitely stay again if in the area.

We loved our stay at Fifty Five. Rosies home has a warm and beautiful vibe and welcomes you right in the moment you arrive. Everything you could need and more is thoughtfully catered for. The home is beautiful and the collection of vintage and eclectic pieces are unique and makes the stay here extra special. The view is beautiful and there are so many spots to sit and take it. The dining options out the front or at the back depending on which way the wind is blowing is absolute gold. Love the country style kitchen too and the abundant garden which is so generously shared by the host. We couldn't recommend highly enough. Thankyou Rosie. There is so much love in this home and it is wonderful for you to share it with us.

This place was absolutely stunning! We went away for a girls trip and it was everything the photos show and more!! Pina was such an excellent host, and I cannot fault anything about this place! If you're thinking of booking, absolutely do it.

Had a fabulous stay everything was spotless. A beautiful hamper was supplied that included home made marmalade and museli along with fresh strawberries. And all necessary items for a great breakfast even a coffee machine!!! Great location as we were attending a 50th celebration at the Bowling Club. Air conditioned with ceiling fans made it comfortable in the heat of Summer. Were able to walk to water front approx 2 minute away.

Close to the beach and also most of the activities you could do in Nelson's Bay. Clean house and have everything you might need for a pleasant stay including things you might need for your infant or toddler. I used the baby bath tud. Felt right at home. Thank you, Joel.

Beautiful place to stay, we came up for a wedding and Jay and Rod were great with all communication. The beds are very comfy lots of space for the 4 of us and our doggy, the pool area was nice to relax in after a swim. Location was great in between Nelson and Shoal bay so had the choice of both, thanks for a great time away
