The house is beautiful and very large, great for going with family and friends to rest, have a barbecue and enjoy. It has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool, and the rooms are very cute and impeccable. In the kitchen and living room(s) also had everything we needed. In short, all the same as the one described in the listing. There are some rules such as: do not smoke and do not keep the sound loud, necessary for good coexistence, since it has neighbors nearby. During the day, we left the sound at ambient height and it was very quiet. Communication with the Hosts was also quiet. I recommend your stay!

Our stay at Luca's house was perfect. The environment is beautiful, ideal for resting and disconnecting. The house has a spotless design and all necessary comforts. The pool, hot tub and views are truly exceptional, exceeding all expectations. Cleanliness and comfort are top notch, and every detail is taken care of. I am passionate about the Termas do Tabuleiro condominium, we have already rented several houses in this place and whenever we have a chance we will return. Amazing structure, super quiet place with a lot to do. Check in for super practical facial recognition. Recommend!

The house is beautiful and super-equipped, perfect for incredible family days. It is a large and very private environment. We had a wonderful stay, taking advantage of every detail of the space. Pool is great and the hydro tub is a super differential. Everyone had a great time. We chose this place to stay because of the view and the strategic location, in addition to the daily value and which has a swimming pool. It was our starting point to get to know more than 10 nearby beaches and also a waterfall that is 10 minutes ago by bike. Ahh, and the view of Florianopolis is fantastic. The apartment is wonderful, well structured, we don't miss anything. the village met our needs. And when we arrived we felt welcomed with the special arrangement of the bed, towels and breakfast tray! As for the market, fishmongers, bakeries and pharmacy have close to the condominium that is safe and all were very welcoming as well. It is well worth the cost-benefit. We thank Thales for everything and hopefully return for our next holiday season. We love so much!!!

Very nice and quiet place for families. You have to get around by vehicle to get to the beaches, but you have several beautiful beaches in Punta de Papagayo, or Guarda do Embau, 10-15 minutes away. If you're looking for peace of mind, this is the place to be. If you're looking for nightlife and a busy center, you have to get around by vehicle. Recommended.
