Derek was a very accommodating host. The house was well equipped for a very relaxing stay, from the in-home theater, pool table, shuffleboard table, and air hockey, to the hot tub and 2 miles of trails on the 70 acre property. It's also only a 45 minute drive across the beautiful Kancamangus Highway to North Conway where there are plenty of places to shop and eat. Not to mention Loon Ski Resort just under 20 minutes away. I would definitely recommend booking with Derek for a fun, relaxing getaway!

Had a lovely longer-term stay here. The house is beautiful with classic old New England character but totally modern features inside. Walking distance to several walking trails and coffee shops and short drives to countless places for swimming, hiking, rock climbing, and walking. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. No complaints here, we had a wonderful stay!

In a nutshell, a dream mountain cabin where you can truly relax your anxious mind. Pictures doesn’t do this property justice. The house is extremely charming, clean and cozy. You could easily get tricked into spending your whole day indoors or sitting on the lovely deck area reading your favorite book and soaking in the breathtaking nature all around you. Perfect place for a romantic getaway or a fun trip your family will remember forever. I secretly wished I had kids to enjoy the play room, the bunk bed, and all the awesome activities for the kiddos in the area. Now let’s talk about the host. I’ve stayed in innumerable AirBnBs all over the country/world, some hosts were great, a few were exceptional, but none genuinely cared as much as John did. I basically felt I was staying at my best friend’s house. The man thought about everything you could possibly need during your stay and delivered. P.S. Price range is definitely a bargain. Don’t get bamboozled into booking more expensive listings with pretty photos thinking it will be nicer. I drove by some during my stay and they were underwhelming at best.

this was a last minute booking and everything was great. April was very efficient and responsive. no problems at all while we were there. Had snowfall the night we arrived , had to shovel out, that would have been nice to have a plow to plow the driveway, but we got out ok, but that was it. Between the 4 adults, we got it done for the most part. It was a very nice stay, thank you April.

We are annual travelers to the region conducting winter bird surveys around the New Year. We have been lucky to find several nice houses in the area. This was our first stay with Marina and Roman and their accommodations served us very nicely. It was good to relax in the evenings after our research work and light a fire and have a quiet and good night's rest. We hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house is VERY large - it worked perfectly for two families for a ski weekend and could have accommodated more! The kitchen was well-equipped and there is a nice big table for family meals. The beds and linens were comfortable, and the gas fireplace was a nice bonus. Our kids loved the game room! Easy 10 minute drive to Mt. Sunapee even in snowy conditions. We will be back!

Such a nice stay for my family! Loved the little room above the main bedroom with the reading area! Would definitely recommend staying here!!

My family booked this place because it was close to Gunstock. With plenty of room for the entire family and cozy living area, it had everything we needed. Mohammed was very attentive to any questions we had, and the place had everything we needed and more. The only recommendation I have is to clean more of the snow from the back deck. We had trouble accessing the grill.
