The space is on the bottom level of my home with your own private entrance you have your own private deck with hot tub and a pit boss bbq grill .This 2 bedroom 1 bath has a fully stocked kitchenette rice cooker slow cooker hot plate ninja foodi air fryer and a electric griddle 2 fireplaces beautiful bar and a dart board.We are located 20 minutes from Norris lake, 20 minutes from Knoxville and about 30 minutes from Windrock HOV park.

The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Blue Bird Bungalow . Visit and enjoy this completely renovated 1921 Bungalow built for Miss Amy Glenn. The restoration kept the original charm of the bungalow cottage, but added fun and modern conveniences with charm. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two with fabulously tiled walk in showers and one with the original claw foot tub restored beautifully. Large and very functional kitchen with Five Star gas range, butcher block and marble counters. The cottage is located next to our personal cut flower garden and our 6 chickens free range our two acres.

Pool and Hot tub are seasonal, so ask if they are open. 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo, Sleeps 8 with a Sleeper Sofa. No boat slip included, but Waterside Marina has overnight slips that can be rented. Waterside Does not allow us to keep boats or trailers on the property unless you rent a slip from the marina, but they have their own designated parking.Two Bedroom, Two bath, Sleeper Sofa, (sleeps 8) Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Washer Dryer.
