Cozy family house, with all the comforts. Large garden and lots of toys. Everything works and is comfortable.

The house was above our expectations. Provided everything we needed and was spacious enough for our group of 9. We’d definitely return in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Rick's Airbnb! The home had everything we needed and had plenty of spaces to relax. Rick was very responsive to any communication and had suggestions regarding local restaurants and facilities such as a gym. We highly recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed this last minute booking after arranging our tickets to the historic Dutch GrandPrix 2021 Formula 1. The Host Vivian was a great communicator pre, during and post the event. She arranged a pass through ticket to the closed event area within Zandvoort, which was a unique ticket to have closer access to the event by car. The house has a lot of charm, especially the living room and the garden with its relaxing area that was very welcome after a day of 20 thousands steps in Zandvoort.

Marjolein and Jan are lovely hosts. They give great attention to their home and gardens. As shared, the home is walkable to the train and Heiloo business district. We were welcomed with delicious soup and snacks and were given time to chat and ask questions. Their kindness and willingness to help us navigate North Holland, and to make recommendations throughout our stay, was exceptional. I wish we had more time to chill, however, we squeezed in many beautiful sites in 5 short days. The small towns being a highlight! Heiloo is super and the locals so friendly:). We loved our stay at the wonderful house of Bruno, Caroline and their kids. The house has a such a great design with attention for detail, high quality and at the same time it is a warm and welcoming family house. It really felt like home for our kids and us. Kids enjoyed the trampoline in the garden and the ice cream shop across the road. Beds are very comfortable. Location is perfect, close to the beach and some lovely lakes in the dunes where you can swim and which are well suited for kids. We were lucky with the sunny weather end of April. Josetta (co-host) took very good care of us: clear and timely instructions, proactive sharing of ideas. All in all we highly recommend Bruno & Caroline's house, as well as their hospitality and the overall experience.

Beautiful place where we had a great weekend with the family. Very well located in the middle of beautiful countryside, the house is really well equipped and quiet. We enjoyed Ans's welcome and kindness and highly recommend the place.

Fantastic accommodation went beyond the minimum available to use in AirB&B places. Great location for visiting places whether by car or train. We hired a large van, and ended up with an electric vehicle. Bart had a charger and he kindly allowed us to use it overnight when needed ,which we paid for based on usage.Good value for money. Five star rating for Bart’s accommodation 👍😀. 😀👍

Our stay at Villa Duindoorn was perfect. It all started with the nicest welcome note and Robert’s kind offer to pick us up at the train station. From our very first impression, we loved everything about the house: the pictures and paintings everywhere, the handpicked designer furniture, the flowers, the books and the blooming garden. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen was very well-equipped: a fridge that makes ice cubes, an espresso machine, a big gas stove, sharp knives and all the basics we needed - including fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden! Once you enter the 1st floor, you find yourself in Pipi longstocking‘s Villa with the cosiest wallpaper, cloud-like beds, and loads of fresh towels! Robert and Karin showed us their property and invited us to use everything- from the swimming pool to the hammock and all the benches, seatings and little sun islands they have created. Don't have a bad word to say about the place. From the moment I booked the host was very responsive, gave us helpful suggestions for local amenities and online shopping. Was there to greet us and welcome us to her lovely home. The house is beautiful and is set in beautiful surroundings close enough to Amsterdam to enjoy the city but also enjoy the peace outside of it. Murielle was responsive enough to be available whenever we needed without being overbearing. If I was travelling back to Amsterdam with a large group I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Beautiful beach house in a quiet resort. Quick access to the beach and everything essentials can be reached directly on site. The house is super equipped and in good condition. Communication with the host was very pleasant and easy. In addition to the house, we particularly enjoyed being able to rent bicycles directly in the holiday complex in order to be able to explore the area comfortably.

The accommodation is in a unique location overlooking the beach and North Sea. It’s tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Even has its own private fitness equipment and there is also the use of an indoor pool. Everything was immaculate and every detail from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Luna’s mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some outstanding local tips. It would be a perfect location for a larger gathering as Luna also runs a Beach House opposite. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, an active beach holiday or simply a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of IJmuidens coastal charm.

The accommodation is particularly cozy, very nice to spend the evening there. If you like board games, nice round table in the living room to play... Quiet neighborhood. Accommodation close to the train station and restaurants. The city itself is very pretty. Finally, Marius gives all the useful information. A home and place that I would recommend without hesitation.

Super nice place to stay with everything you need for a weekend with friends! By bus you are in beautiful Alkmaar in 15 minutes, where there are also many good restaurants and pubs. Otherwise, the villa is relatively remote and right on a highway. But nothing can be heard in the house. But it was relatively cold and difficult to get warm inside. The service was very good and always easily accessible (even later in the evening). All in all, it is highly recommended!

The place was wonderful and left nothing to be desired. Very nice house, located directly by the forest with private access to the forest. Great sauna and lounge area outside with heaters, so also pleasant to sit outside this time of year. Very spacious garden. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike and you can also jog or walk there. Highly recommended for a nice getaway with family/ friends.
