Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Situated on crystal clear water, you will find peace and fun for the whole family here in both summer and winter. Explore the natural surroundings by boat, bike or on foot. After barbecuing, paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. The cottage has a cozy living room and open kitchen, where underfloor heating is. A TV is provided, which can only be used with the Chromecast(is present). Shower and toilet are provided. Upstairs there is sleeping accommodation for 3 people. You can also sit on our cozy porch; nice to have breakfast, eat or read a book. The garden has several cozy nooks to sit in. If you come by boat? No problem, next to the cottage there is the possibility to dock your boat.

Landelijk gelegen vakantiehuis op 20 fietsminuten van het centrum van Utrecht. Er zijn 2 fietsen aanwezig. Het bosrijke gebied is zeer geschikt om te wandelen en te fietsen, kaarten zijn beschikbaar. Er is een boomgaard en moestuin op het terrein. In de boomgaard staan veel eetbare planten. Kijk en proef als je dat leuk vindt. Als je meer wil weten, dan loop ik graag met je mee.
