The well-equipped house, the spacious property and the panoramic view of the fjord are equally magnificent. On site, everything is even nicer and more impressive than the pictures. This is a really very good place for a holiday. Communication with the hosts was very pleasant and reliable.

Very nice house in a great location. Good for families. Small garden in the front area and private terrace and beach chair. Walking distance to the beach and also supermarket and drugstore. Very friendly, helpful management. We had issues with the drain and they responded promptly and considerately and always very well communicated. We felt very comfortable.

The location is great, the place clean and there is everything needed for a stay. The accommodation itself has a reasonable price, the costs for cleaning I personally feel overpriced - this may be relativized if you don't leave (like us) on Sunday.

Jan's house is a picturesque farmhouse in a rural setting overlooking the sea. The spaces were good, nice and cozy. A good home base to explore the island of rømø and the town of Ribe. What could be a downside is that there were no blackout curtains, making it very light in the bedrooms. You also have to hold the shower head yourself when showering, there was no shower rod at adult height.

We stayed here over Easter It's a very nice and cozy place to stay. Everything is clean and tidy and a small path leads directly to the water. We especially liked the view of the sea from the dining table ☺️

The summer holiday home has a lot of charm, it is cozy and lovingly furnished. Bright ceilings and a wonderful view of the water and beach from the elevated terrace. The beach is occupied by few people, everyone has their privacy. Games, books,music, TV are there for use in the house and the evening atmosphere can also be enjoyed in the conservatory. The house had been super cleaned and in the kitchen I had everything I needed. Thank you for the short wonderful holiday to recharge!

We had a super nice vacation in the apartment. The house has a totally beautiful sea view and you could fully enjoy the tranquility. When walking, you can reach the water in 3 minutes. The house was super cozy and with the amenities you can get through the vacation well. The contact was very kind. We were completely satisfied. Glad to come back 😊

The cottage exceeded our expectations! So cozy and practically laid out. Our children had a great time with the toys that were in the cottage. The bounce near the cottage was also very popular. We had a great time!

We felt very comfortable and everything looked well maintained and modern. Clear recommendation! That the water from the shower could run something into the room, but it's not so tragic.

Also in autumn November we had a nice time in Friedrichskoog. The cottage is cozy, clean and warm. The tranquility in the house and surroundings is wonderful. We walked up and down the dike and ate in the seaside. In sunshine, the garden is certainly also a dream, we will come back in summer for a longer period.

Great location right behind the dike. Kitchen is absolutely fully equipped (incl. dishwasher). Space well used. Gladly come back.

The accommodation is very cozy. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable, and the beds were nice and soft. You can sit comfortably on the terrace. The location is also great, you are at the beach in a few minutes and shortly after on the dog beach. The restaurants nearby are also super delicious. We were very lucky with the weather and were outside a lot, but in bad weather you could have dealt well with the many games available.

We had a wonderful family holiday with our two small children. We could sleep peacefully, there was plenty of space for the kids to play, both indoors and outdoors. To prepare food, everything you needed was there. The house is super cozy, we immediately felt comfortable. It exudes a really great holiday atmosphere. The beach is within walking distance and the bay is really nice. Fresh rolls can be ordered around the corner. Mette is a super lovely host who gave us tips for excursions/activities. We will be happy to come back😀.

Very comfortable for larger family. The place has everything needed to enjoy a vacation. The beds rooms are very comfortable and plenty of room in the living room and kitchen area. The garden is perfect for kids. Best is the location which is just a very short walk to the beach.

This has been one of our most beautiful vacations. This is definitely also due to the wonderful and beautifully quiet luxury house. The house 10d has a very large garden, with a sandpit, a swing and a basketball hoop. Sandal stuff and a basketball were available. Also two mini football goals and a football. There were two sun beds and a table with two benches. Also a wonderful beach chair! And a BBQ. Everything was available in the house and even more. There was soap at every sink, on every table there were cosmetic towels/tempobox. The kitchen was fully equipped, nothing was missing. The little bathroom downstairs was perfect. The upper bathroom was pure luxury, with a great sauna, a great shower with 3 different watering options and a double sink, as well as a toilet. All rooms were spacious and well furnished. There were many cabinets and storage options. We can really only recommend it! Value for money great!

We enjoyed our multigenerational vacation in the house of Edda and Martin very much. The layout of the house was perfect for us. We particularly liked the spacious living and dining area with the cozy library room, which also had interesting literature for the little ones. We received prompt help and further suggestions from Martin in response to our questions. We can well imagine spending another vacation here. We felt right at home immediately, and not just because of the superhost support.

We had a great time Our children enjoyed the garden. We will come back for sure. The rooms are very nicely decorated. The location is great. You can reach everything by foot or by bike.
