Great stay, very clean place, great service. A very good location and I recommend it too. Only the door lock that is electronic is very sensitive and causes problems from there everything perfect.

Excellent location and communication.

A place with an excellent location, quite spacious and comfortable, very close to the main square with everything you need for a stay of one or more days. Norm was always attentive to make sure everything was in order and to what we might need.

I was very calm the time I spent in the accommodation, since I could not hear noise from neighbors or the street.

We enjoyed our stay at Ben's place in Puebla. It was very conveniently located to many wonderful restaurants and cultural destinations, while also being a quiet oasis in a big city. We were in Puebla to visit our son, who is studying at UPAEP for the spring semester. Our son wanted me to get an AirB&B so I could cook for him and his friends. Ben's place was the perfect place for a small dinner party. It was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed.

Overall a great apartment with a fabulous location close to the city centre, it is not very noisy as others have stated (unless you go to bed at 7pm) and the apartment was really lovely with lots of character and charm. Really appreciated the use of the washing machine which was a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room was lovely to watch movies if you wanted a night in. A few downsides is the bathroom does not have a fan extractor so it gets very steamy - the bathroom window opens into the courtyard which does get some foot traffic). There is no aircon but it was not very hot when we stayed. Overall a very very lovely home and would recommend to friends and family.

Everything was excellent. Anabel and Andrea allowed me to check in earlier than usual and were always attentive to us. Their response was almost immediate. The apartment is really nice, clean and in a great location.

Susana was one of the best hosts we've ever stayed with. She was always very attentive and responded quickly. The place is super quiet, which is something we were looking for since we work from home, but the house is only a 15-minute walk to the San Pedro Zocalo where there is plenty to do. We'd like to return soon!

Jorge and his co-host were good and very attentive, the stay was very pleasant, it has everything you need to make your stay satisfactory, there is a security guard 5 meters from the house and they also have a private garage. It is important to leave the entire kitchen and bathroom area clean when checking out as there may be extra charges (it was NOT our case) but I did receive a message at the end about those additional costs. I highly recommend this stay, I would definitely come back and recommend it to my circle of friends who travel frequently to their city! Thank you very much for your attention. Everything they offer seems very fair to me. If you have the chance, stay here!

In general recommended, good space, neat and very nice As a recommendation it would only be a change of mattresses since if you noticed a little uncomfortable and there was a problem with the hot water some occasion. But everything is fine value for money is recommended and very reliable.

This home was perfect for our family trip. It looked exactly like the pictures, so spacious and clean, it fit 8 of us plus a baby. It's walking distance to small stores and the center of Puebla. The host was very quick in responding and gave us great recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place for a large group and I'd be happy to be back and stay here.

Excellent place! I went with my husband, 5-year-old son, my in-laws and my brothers-in-law and they loved it. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is just like in the photos. We slept very well, but the windows should be kept closed because of the street noise. Inside, however, the traffic was not noticeable. Check-in went smoothly, registering with security and electronic door lock. A short walk to the Angelopolis shopping center or to the grocery store. Right next to the Ellipsistower is a small shopping market. Communication with Paulina was excellent, she responds promptly to questions and also gets in touch independently. Everything about Airbnb or WA. We always took an Uber to the center of Puebla, as the bus traffic is very difficult for us foreigners to understand. We can fully recommend the apartment. The apartment fully complied with the description: very well maintained, nice and I definitely would have liked to have stayed more days to enjoy it. The hosts thoroughly detail the check-in and check-out process and give you several recommendations on what to see and where to go. It's a great place to stay in Cholula, we would definitely come back.

The apartment matches the description, in the morning two of the three rooms are somewhat hot but being a place that we use only to sleep it is acceptable. It is spacious and bright, the host was always attentive.
