Vacation rentals with a patio in Ammoudara

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment is easy to find and reach by car. The amenities were good and the view from the room to the pool, sea and mountains was great. In addition, you could still order breakfast which was very tasty:) The next largest city was 10 minutes by car (shopping, restaurants and such) Stella and her husband were always available. We would always come back and highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet great place to stay :)

Lovely Penthouse apartment with gorgeous shared pool. Very comfortable and well equiped. Area is gorgeous. Access to lovely safe beaches was the easiest we have ever had. Andre recommended Car Plan for car hire who were also excellent Whilst we picked up the car at the airport thay had an office very close to the apartment which happily we didn't need to use. Gorgios and Stefania who were our local contacts were also extremely responsive and helpful. Thanks to everyone for helping to make our holiday special.

A breathtaking view, perfect tranquility, a very responsive and warm host, very close to the very pretty towns of Elounda and Agios Nicolaos, an ideal environment for walking or running in the mountains… our only regret is having to leave this dream place.

We can find the apartment easily. Parking is just right in front, maybe I didn’t read properly so I didn’t know that there are 2 flights down. We received the information, pictures before the checkin date, they are very precise so we were able to locate the property with no problem. The host helped us take our suitcases down, We really appreciated her help and she also gave us some lemon and veg from her garden. We enjoyed staying at her apartment. Everything we need is there. If you need help the host was just upstairs.

Stayed at Despoina’s Place for five sunny days. The apartment is not overlooked so you can open the door and lie in bed looking at the sea. Matala’s sandy beach and aquamarine water is just a few steps down. There’s a little cafe/bar next door and the lovely staff will bring your morning coffee or your beers to the terrace. We did nothing really, except sit on the beach and enjoy the sun. A couple of days were windy so the sand got blown about - if we’d have stayed longer we might have invested in a wind break. Highly recommended.

A simply perfect place to stay for ferry travel as it is super close to the ferry port. I took a taxi from the ferry port and then realized that I could have easily walked and saved the 20 euros for the taxi ride! In fact, everything is within easy walking distance, and the price is also perfect!

Feels like coming home. Beautiful garden, the premises are maintained with love. The owners clearly put a lot of effort into it, ont just a business. Everything provided that you might need plus a few nice extras like a ping-pong table. Ideal for (small) families and couples.

This was probably the nicest AirBnB we have stayed at . Everything was well put together and the amenities were incredible. Directions were very clear with links to Google maps on how to find the place. The kitchen was supplied with every utensil one could ever need. Hosts left welcome food and snacks. The house was clean, modern, and felt like home. We had one small issue when we were there, and the host team replied within 45 minutes, making it one of the most responsive hosts we’ve worked with. I would hands down stay here again.

A little piace of heaven! This is not just an incredibly beautiful villa with a gorgeous garden and pool. There comes so much more with this stunning location, from the peaceful surroundings to Irina's attention to detail and kindness. If you are looking for a place to relax, recharge and enjoy Crete far from tourist spots in complete privacy this is your place.

Great AirBnB, we felt very comfortable! The apartment is super nice and tastefully furnished, it is very clean and it has everything you need. The hot tub is a dream, especially in the spring when it is still cool in the evening! You can easily walk to the village, where there are two supermarkets, a bakery and many restaurants. The only small drawback is the road, which you can hear, but fortunately it is not excessively busy. Nikos lives next door and was always available by message, everything very friendly and uncomplicated.

A gem and a beautiful retreat in southern Crete. The villa has everything your heart desires, a beautiful view, pool and a modern kitchen that makes every heart of a hobby cook beat faster. I will miss the morning and evening bath in the pool with the view. Since it has almost no light pollution, you can see a starry sky and the Milky Way with the naked eye. Secluded beaches are easily accessible by car within 30 minutes, so a car is highly recommended. Doesn't have to be an SUV. Sam is available at any time and communicates very quickly. Furthermore, he or Lefteris are always available with tips and advice. Sam and Anel are more than super hosts and I can recommend their villa villa 200%.

The house is in a secluded place away from mass tourism, in a small mountain village. From the terrace you can see the sea and the mountains. Quite a sight! The house is very well equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of food in case you needed it. In the village tavern you can eat well, whatever they have prepared. If you are interested in archaeology, you can visit an archaeological site and a Mycenaean tomb. The penthouse apartment for 2 people is located 30 min walk from the center of Agios Nikolaos in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The apartment also has its own parking space in the yard. The highlight is the huge private rooftop terrace with an incredible view of the gulf of Mirabello. The kitchen is well equipped. There is nothing missing. All rooms have central heating which can be helpful in the low season. But the air conditioning in all rooms also ensures relaxation from the heat in the summer. If you don't like stairs, you don't have to shy away from the penthouse apartment, as the elevator makes everything accessible and very comfortable. The accommodation offers full privacy as it is located exclusively on the top floor. Host Marianthi is super nice and responds immediately to requests. I can fully recommend this Aibnb. If we go on vacation in East Crete again, we will try to get this apartment again.

Very good location. Close to the old town, about 10 minutes on foot, but at the same time very quiet and peaceful at night, you can have a great rest. I highly recommend this location

This is a great apartment, centrally located and really useful amenities such as the washing machine. The roof terrace is a great sun trap with views to the sea. It's shared with the other holiday apartment but this posed no problem for us and we found it available to use when we wanted. Nikos's parents brought us home made pastries on two mornings. We'd recommend eating out at Scala and Scirocco, but loads of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The two local beaches were close by. A great apartment and we'd strongly recommend it.

I had a great time staying in this location! Responsive and kind hosts, large and clean accommodations, with very modern amenities. I will choose to stay at this place next time I visit Heraklion! Marina was a very helpful kind woman who addressed a problem with the shower when it was not draining.

Mrs Kalliopi is a wonderful host. She is a helpful person and her house is amazing concerning the condition, facilities and location. I strongly recommend her place.

Kostas was a fantastic host and we had a great time in the apartment. He was incredibly responsive, getting in touch shortly after booking to offer tips and support. It had everything we needed for our 6 night stay, and Kostas provided a range of lovely things. Everything was clean and tidy, with really comfortable beds, including the sofa bed for my 9 year old. The private courtyard was a lovely space to unwind after a busy day. The location was great, and easily walkable to everything we needed to do.

We had 2 wonderful weeks in Samson's Akontio Sea View apartment. Check-in was totally flexible and easy with a key box and we arrived in a spotless apartment, where a filled fruit basket awaited us. We slept well in the large, comfortable bed, the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils, so we could also take good care of ourselves. We enjoyed our breakfast on the large balcony with sea view! The location is also perfect. 10 minutes to the pretty village of Panormo with 3 beautiful beaches, several taverns, supermarkets and other shops. And when we were lazy, we swam at the small pebble beach directly below the house. The location was ideal for trips to the beautiful hinterland to the south coast between Heraklion and Chania. The contact also left nothing to be desired. Samson responded quickly and a short circuit long after work was fixed within 30 minutes. We'll be back for sure!
