Very well located studio near Munich city center, which is easily accessible on foot. Studio overlooking an inner courtyard, very quiet. Paid parking on the same street within walking distance (20 euros per day). The French window is not equipped with a blind and the existing curtain does not ensure total darkness in the room, especially from daybreak.

Very nice communication, flexible with check-in and overall a very enjoyable stay! You can tell that effort is being made:)

We liked Mathias's apartment, especially the location with good subway connection, shopping within walking distance and lots of greenery outside. Parking was easy to find,after that we left the car. Communication with Mathias was great.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Christian’s apartment was a perfect landing spot in Seefeld. Very quick and easy walk to the train and restaurants. Hope to come back for a winter visit!

We spent an extended weekend in Blaichach and it was all great. When cooking, you have a great view of the green (provided the weather is with :)). The location is right on the street, but the windows are mega soundproof and you can't hear anything. Really great. The apartment is spacious and cozily furnished with everything you need.

My family and I had an amazing stay! The place was perfect and spacious. It was located in a perfect spot, it was so peaceful and beautiful. We were able to walk to local restaurants that had great food. I highly recommend this as a stay if you are visiting the castle or just the area.

We had a lovely stay at Dunja’s house in Westendorf. It’s a very peaceful village in a beautiful area, and a great base for exploring south-west Bavaria. The house is fabulous, and extremely well appointed. We felt right at home immediately, It is extremely spacious and immaculately clean. We would definitely look to stay here again if we were in the area.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

What to say about Julian's house except that it's a really rare find. It is a haven of peace, very well maintained with facilities worthy of a large hotel near Munich. The house makes you want to stay longer, unfortunately we were only visiting for one night, but that was enough for us to realize the very high standard of this house. A very large screen in the living room, where you can wrap in wide, very welcoming sofas...and all this leads to a terrace also very beautiful, with its small ponds and goldfish. Everything was perfect, our host Julian, very responsive and friendly, the house as a whole located in a great neighborhood on the doorstep of Munich. Excellent bedding. Perfect bathrooms…what more can we say, apart from that we will be back with pleasure if we return to the area. PS: the professional coffee machine (bean) is excellent, thank you for everything and especially for the attention to detail

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Great location for the Messe and concert, easy train access into Munich, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants close by. Spacious house, quiet and comfortable

Had a wonderful stay, exactly as described. Home is walkable to the city center, and a few minutes walk to the supermarket. Had a great park next to it with a playground. Easy communication with host. Kids also enjoyed the small gift.

The property and especially the view from the two balconies was incredibly beautiful! Breakfast overlooking the Zugspitze is just fun. Location is great, the service (fresh tea and hot water bottles on arrival) was great, friendly contact and spotless apartment. We felt comfortable all around and will be very happy to come back!

We enjoyed the short trip at Lake Schliersee very much. Great quiet location with large parking on the property, clean apartment with nice balcony and nice, friendly landlords. Amenities were perfect. Welcome drink, fresh fruit and in the kitchen everything you need.

Terrific location and access to the tram. Everything was extremely clean. Check in, check out, and all communication was on point. Highly recommended.

We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. We spent two nights at this apartment in Seefeld from April 28-30. We were 4 adults and one toddler (1 year old and 8 months old). The apartment is fully as described – everything was clean, tidy, and all of the furniture and appliances worked perfectly. Special thanks to host Andreas: he always responded very quickly to messages (usually within 30 minutes), personally welcomed us, explained everything in detail and even provided a crib and high chair – that was very helpful. From the window you have a wonderful view of the Hohe Munde, and the area is pleasantly quiet. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Superb value for money. We have found no deficiencies and are happy to recommend this property.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

We had a great stay! The location allowed for a family with adolescents some private space and a great location 😊 We would recommend!
