Monthly Rentals in Ami, Inashiki District

I was very satisfied with the apartment. The bathroom and kitchen appliances were clean and good quality, and the loft was more spacious than I thought it would be. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the train station, 7/11, and the Sendo grocery store. Shisui is close to Narita City and Sakura which are both good smaller cities to explore. Additionally, the JR Narita Line (JO) allows for a quick ride to Chiba City, Tokyo, or even as far as Yokohama and Kamakura. I think this apartment is a good value for people looking to explore Chiba Prefecture.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The host is incredibly kind and thoughtful, paying attention to even the smallest details to ensure a perfect stay. The room was stocked with helpful magazines, including travel guides in multiple languages,and recommendations for local attractions and transportation like the JR East Guide. My suitcase was too heavy, the host kindly offered to drive me to the airport at a much more reasonable price than a taxi. He even checked my gate and flight details in advance and kept me updated—such a thoughtful gesture! The apartment itself reflects the same care and attention. It has everything you could possibly need and more, beautifully arranged and well-maintained. A particularly charming detail was the retro Nintendo console, where you can play classic games like Mario and Kirby—such a nostalgic and fun touch! I can wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area Thank you so much for such a memorable experience!

Hiroyuki was very friendly and responsive. Easy booking/check-in and check-out. Everything that you need for your stay is in the apartment. He also provided food, drinks and snacks. Very hospitable, checked in with me asking if I needed anything, which I appreciated. Train station is quite a ways away, ~20min walk depending on your speed. But the bus stations are very close to the apartment, which is very helpful, especially after a tiring day. My trip was for vacation, I think one thing people might consider is the distance/commute time. I had a very flexible schedule so I didn’t mind the distance. Overall, I would book with Hiroyuki again when I come back to Japan. He is the #1 host I have encountered so far. 😊 Thank you so much!
