Great stay with family. Flawless accommodation for a family of 6. The +++ the pool, the hammam, the sauna and the shower all in the same room as well as the proximity of the table for meals. The tennis court, the pool table, in short, very very nice services In addition, everything is done on foot, walking or cycling along the La Rance canal, touring the large lake near the church, as well as going to the village where there are all the necessary shops to eat. Tastefully decorated cottage, with comfort. In the middle of the countryside (that's what we were looking for). Excellent communication with Cécile. 100% satisfied!

Very nice house, well suited for our group of 6. Easy to access from Rennes train station. Everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, very cozy living room for a small movie night. Perfect!

We had a great time at Patrick's place, the accommodation is very spacious and very clean. The house is very well-equipped, you won't lack anything! The bedrooms and bedding are a great point, the bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped. There is also plenty of tidying up in the space which is a significant plus! Everything is like the photos and the amenities shown in the listing are the same. The property is very spacious, the garden too, great for spending some time outside enjoying (football, children's swing...), the neighborhood is very quiet for a little rest it's the best of the best! Another big thank you to Chrystèle who welcomed us and showed us around the house:), the explanations were clear and accurate. Thanks again for the help you were able to give us during our stay and with responsiveness! I would recommend it without second thought:).

We travelled as a family of 4 with our 2 children aged 3 and 6. They absolutely loved the swimming pool, tropical garden with the birds and spending time looking for frogs around the 2 lakes. Julien was very attentive, making sure we had everything to make our trip as comfortable as possible as well as fishing rods for our children to have a go on their lake. It was a bit tricky to have the kitchen in a separate building but understand this is under construction. The grounds are beautiful, very peaceful in a serene countryside setting, the property was clean with comfy beds. We spent time visiting neighbouring towns, Chateaubriant market, Nantes town followed by a relax in the pool and dinner outside by the lake. Would highly recommend.

The stay was perfect! Robert is a great, super responsive host! Her little cat and chickens were lovely roommates this week! The house is perfect and very well furnished for a group over a week! Thank you for your welcome!
