Ms. Ozlemfr's house is impeccably luxurious. Spacious room, beautiful interior, fully equipped. Most importantly, a warm and friendly hostess who welcomed us with patience and enthusiasm. Ms. Ozlemfr listed a few local restaurants according to our needs, and we finally chose a Turkish-style barbecue restaurant, which was of great quality. We feel very lucky to be able to stay in such a room at the beginning of our trip, perfect for a self-drive tour.

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

Best place we have ever booked on rbnb. Well-maintained,clean and very spacious. Maria always helped when we had questions. She provided pastries and juice for us. Katarraktis is a lovely,quiet village with absolutely friendly people. I can highly recommend Anasthasios' apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at Stavros' place. From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the thoughtful gesture of stocking the fridge with water, yogurts, and snacks, Stavros truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The spacious accommodations were perfect for our family, and the cleanliness of the space was outstanding. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace, providing a nice spot to relax. We really enjoyed our five days in the cottage of Despoina and Ioannis. Even the way there, past mastic tree plantations, is very nice. The house is located above Vroulidia Beach with exceptional views of the bay and the sea. The beach is also within walking distance. The place is small and quiet, there are few houses in the area and the neighbors across the street are super nice. The terrace and garden are great to linger in, the spacious one-room house, with simple but well-equipped kitchen and separate bathroom, beautifully furnished. Despoina had even provided many delicious treats for the start. Communication with her was also very friendly, and fast, she gave many hints and tips for the house and surroundings; also summarized on site in a helpful manual. The area is really great: Pyrgi, Mesta, Avlonia (walking distance) etc. It's really worth it!

We had an unforgettable holiday with our family at this beautiful beachfront villa in Komi, Chios. Being just a few steps away from the beach was a real joy, especially for the kids. The place was peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Thank you for everything — we would definitely love to come back!

A gem for those who love being close to nature. There are no words to describe the night sky and the sound of the sea from the lounge spaces at night... The beach is lovely and very accessible. Tavari is at walking distance for those who like walking and a safe walk. The room was very spacious and felt at home immediately. Everything is arranged with love and care by Christina, a wonderful host. Her vibe creates a calm and loving environment. It's hard to leave this place without feeling reborn.
