Family-friendly house in a garden association on Amager, Copenhagen. Open environment where community and coziness are paramount. Simple living. Optimal for couples + children. Garden with trampoline. Close to shopping and bus. Midway between airport and city: 4 km from airport, 5 km to city center. 1 km to the Fields shopping center, good cafes and bakeries, metro and train station Ørestad. You are welcome during the periods when we do not use the house ourselves 😊 I have good host experience and meet my guests as I would like to be met 😊

Quiet townhouse close to downtown, nature and beach

Family-friendly and charming house on a very quiet street in a unique neighborhood. The house is spacious and has a private garden with a sunny terrace. A great place to enjoy the tranquility after a day of experiences. It is a small oasis with plenty of space for relaxation and coziness, only 4 metro stops from the heart of Copenhagen. Not far from the house is also Amager beach and Royal Arena. You will be joined by Murphy, our sweet cat, who would like to be fed once a day. There is easy free parking about 150 meters from the house.

Cottage close to beach and city

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Parking has space for several cars and a caravan. We want you to have a great vacation; if something is holding you back from booking, please write and we will respond quickly with what we can do.

Huset ligger i en haveforening i grønt område. Egen have. Køkken med alt hvad du skal bruge. Ikke WiFi og tv. Allergi-venligt hjem på 88 kvm. 2 stuer. Dobbeltseng i soveværelse, kun adgang fra den ene side. Sovesofa til 2 personer (110cm bred) i stuen. Der er tynde bambus rullegardiner i stuen, hvor sovesofaen er. Den ene del af huset er fra 1980, den andel del fra 2020. Ovn til brænde virker ikke. Badeværelset er gammelt men fungerer. Naboer bygger huse så der er noget larm i dagtimerne.

There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

There is a livingroom/tv-room that can be shared with the host as agreed. Very central in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation and a nice park.

Small, modern house in charming and quiet urban community (in Danish: helårs-haveforening) in walking distance to the metro that will take you to the city center in 9 minutes. Other important distances, 10 minutes’ walk to the lovely natural resort Amager Faelled; 15 minutes to the congress center Bella Center; and 25 minutes to Royal Arena.10 minutes by car to the very nice beach at Amager Strandpark that also offers kayaks; minigolf; cafés etc.

Easy access from the airport by metro. Also, we are happy to say that this part of the city has the lowest crime rate in Copenhagen.
