We spent incredible days at Grandpa's house. We were greeted by Ana, who awaited us with a warm coffee, the fireplace heating the room, and told us the story of the house which makes the experience even more complete. Comfortable beds, quality bed and bath linen, all very clean and organized and very well-equipped kitchen. All rooms have been very well thought out both to live together moments and the privacy of the rooms, which are isolated from the common area. The view is breathtaking and the sunset framed through the windows, it looks more like a canvas in the decoration of the room. We already anticipate a return in the summer to enjoy the pool. Super rocomendo live this experience.

Since the first message, João always responded quickly, informed everything we needed, was waiting for us in front of the house to check in. It showed the whole place, had already turned on the air conditioning to heat the house. The place is nicer in person. The rooms and bathrooms are great, fully equipped kitchen. Everything was perfect. Wonderful View! Voltaria for sure!!

One of the most stunning villas I have ever stayed in - and I’ve been to 80 countries! Absolutely amazing villa which is architecturally unique. Basically the property is very high end and has a river flowing through the property. Nestled in a private valley which all belongs to the property to enjoy. In a small sleepy town which has the rustic charm of by gone eras. Amazing opportunity to unwind and spend quality time with the family. Mario was so so responsive. Provided extra firewood and we just hung around the fire as a family the entire trip!!!! Can’t praise the host enough 🙏🏼

Excellent location, the house is very comfortable and cozy, with all the necessary utensils for a few days of retreat and comfort in the Schist Village
