Beachfront vacation rentals in Alton

It was wonderful to be hosted by Mike and Johanna. As seasoned hosts, they had anticipated every one of our needs and potential questions about our stay and gave us detailed information. They responded to my queries patiently and promptly. This is our seventh year visiting Conway but only our second time at an Airbnb here. This is definitely the best way to experience a week-long stay at Conway. I particularly appreciated the workout equipment because of which I was able to keep up with my Pilates classes online. The kids (5 & 3) had a blast exploring the place. There were so many kids toys that we didn’t have any use for the ones we brought along. But do bring max strength mosquito repellent!!

We had an amazing time at the cabin. The sunrises were gorgeous, cooking on the grill, kayaking/paddle boarding, cozy fires, and everything we could have needed! We made such great memories and appreciated you and Matt’s hospitality so much. The cabin was great and so were you guys. We will definitely be back!

This was our 2nd stay at the Red Cabin. We and our dog enjoyed our stay and love the peace, quiet, sunsets, and loons of Chalk Pond and the Selt trails nearby. We tried some new restaurants and recommend Ellacoya and The Breeze for dinner and Ames Farm Inn for breakfast. We highly recommend staying here. Both hosts are great!

Had a great time staying at this gem! Had all appliances you need to stay in and cook all weekend and had an amazing grille! Very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend

Our stay was wonderful! The home was so much more spacious than we had expected. It worked out so well for all of us. Throughout the stay, I had a few questions and Steve was quickly and kindly responsive. We hope to definitely get to come back again. Thank you Steve!!!

Best way to start and end the summer season is with a week at Raycraft! I think this was something like at least our 30th stay! Great house that truly feels like our home away from home. Already looking forward to June of 2025!

The house was clean and well maintained. The view was gorgeous, too bad Mother Nature didn’t cooperate. It was cold and rainy. Used the fire pit nightly and it was nice. Linens were clean, towels were soft and fluffy and smelled freshly laundered. Kitchen was spotless and well stocked with pot/pans and dishes. Having a dishwasher was nice too. Two grocery stores (Hannaford and Market Basket) were close by and plenty of restaurants too. We came with the intention of doing nothing and just changing scenery for the weekend. This place was perfect.

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway. James was responsive and checked in and out was super easy. The house was super clean and has everything needed. Waterfront with access to kayaks. Great for fishing and boating, lovely nature surroundings. Very peaceful. Quiet neighborhood and private. Close to Laconia and about an hour to Conway. Great stay. Would definitely recommend. We plan to go back!!

Great and relaxing location, close to local amenities. Perfect for small groups, Hillary was awesome to rent from.

Justin’s place was such a great find. I was in town to see a show at Meadowbrook/Bank of NH Pavilion and this place was perfect as you can walk to the venue from Justin’s place. The beach was a great perk as well. Justin was wicked responsive and provided great instructions and recommendations. Hoping to stay for another trip this summer!

A great spot tucked away!! House was cute and as shown in the pictures, is right on the water and has some great views! It rained the majority of the time we were there so didn’t get to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities, but would have if better weather! Host was very friendly, communicative and responsive!

We had a great stay at Jessica’s condo. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything the area has to offer. Everything as described and communication of details was helpful and appreciated. Thank you!

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

This was my second time staying here. Although, it rained the 1st 2 days there, we still very much enjoyed our stay I absolutely love it. The river is right out back, gorgeous view with a deck to sit on. The sound of the river is wonderful! Her place is clean. It's perfect for what I need!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Rachel was so accommodating and helpful. I mistakenly booked the wrong dates and she quickly helped me change them, no questions asked. The cabin is in a great spot. Unfortunately it rained 24/7 while we were there so we didn’t really get to enjoy the lake like we wanted to. But we did enjoy the fireplace on the chilly mornings! Thanks Rachel!

Gary and Nick were wonderful hosts, extremely accommodating and very communicative and flexible. The surroundings alone were so picturesque , each morning and dawn was like a painting - I’ll be back for sure !

This is a great property in a relaxing, quiet place in nature. The views were beautiful. There were many things to do outdoors, and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The hosts were responsive and stayed out of the way. I highly recommend this AirBnB location.

Delightful Fall getaway. Open house design with gorgeous view of lake. Nice big yard with seating and fire-pit. VERY comfortable beds, and bathroom with 2 sinks! Kitchen had everything we needed - plus fruit and candy! Even the laundry room was beautiful! James was most thoughtful and responsive as our host. Recommend highly!

this was the second time staying at this cabin. We found new amenities like a cute little table and small gas kitchen right outside of the cabin, we cooked hamburgers and steaks out there. we asked for steaks for a barbecue and they had some that we buyed so we didn't have to go outside of the property. Really peaceful space. Thank you for everything 😊

Robert and Natalie have a well appointed cabin, the neighborhood is quiet and sharing their well-cared for kayaks as well as just about anything else you’d want to enjoy the lake made our stay a memorable time. The outdoor living space is equally amazing. The inside of the cabin is both roomy and cozy and has everything you need for family time and relaxing. The book they leave for guests is detailed and leaves you feeling connected to the special hosts who really care about your stay. This will be a repeat stay for us. Thank you, Robert and Natalie!

Rich and Robin are very friendly and easy to work with. everything was what we expected from the other reviews, it's their reviews that made the final decision for us. All of us have had some disappointing getaways in the past. which made us really shop around for this getaway we were pleasantly surprised with our stay everything was as expected, we will definitely go back.
