Great Apartment with a lot of space. Host is very nice, helpful and answers real quick.

It is a very complete apartment. From very attentive Laura, she gave us directions and taught us the facilities of the Apt. Everything is very well organized, clean, with the bathroom utensils and accessories, kitchen, suitable rooms and is great, very grateful to the host for the flexibility when going out. We have left water in the fridge and Colacao 🙏🏻 detail that is appreciated as well. Very comfortable we were.

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

A very comfortable apartment and convenient for the tram station and supermarket. Everything went smoothly and Rebeca was always helpful and friendly.

This apartment is in a really beautiful building, typical of El Cabanyal, and lovely inside too - just like the photos. Perfect for a single person or couple, 3-4 mins walk from Dr Lluch tram stop, 10 min walk to the beach, and the neighbourhood is safe and gorgeous to walk around. I am in love with El Cabanyal! Loads of bars and restaurants and shops right close by. Super comfy bed too. Gema was a fantastic host, extremely helpful, flexible and accommodating. Great with communication. I would stay here again for sure 💛

We stayed as a couple in this apartment. It was well decorated and had everything you need. The beach is only a few meters away, you could go to the city by bus. We had the bikes with us, unfortunately we could not park them in the house. We could park the car in the underground parking, but unfortunately there was no space for the bikes. Otherwise the apartment was clean and also quiet.

We felt welcome in the accommodation, you can get around by metro very easily anywhere in Valencia. The hostess is very kind and understanding.

We LOVED the spacious apartment, very well arranged and above all complete. the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. the bedding and the sofa are super comfortable. the balcony is great with a much more impressive and beautiful view in real life. Free parking at the foot of the residence. Not to mention Vanessa who is ADORABLE.

We just had a dreamy week with the family in Carlos and Cristina's beautiful home! We liked everything: first of all the very protected and privileged place of the Playetas, the quiet and residential area a few minutes from the beach, the lovely garden neat by professionals, the very nice decoration and impeccable cleanliness of the house, the comfort of modern bedding and bathrooms and the large terrace ideal for aperitifs, dinners and lively games! When we left, we were lucky enough to meet our hosts, absolutely charming, warm and welcoming people, whom we thank and highly recommend.

Peace, quiet, a perfect weekend. Just because of the outside, it's well worth it. We would have stayed to live!!! We will definitely repeat. The host is very kind, she responds to any questions quickly. Thank you for hosting us at your home, I hope to see you soon

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

The house has everything and more with children , no lack of detail is very well equipped. It is very spacious and very quiet , we will definitely repeat when we travel back to Valencia ! Ariadna super attentive and very careful in giving details of how to move around and to visit and more recommendations. The first impression of the entire family, when we entered and toured the apartment, was, “This looks even better than the pictures”. The apartment is beautiful, it was extremely clean, had all the amenities, and was super well taken care of. The host replied almost immediately anytime we had questions. It is located in a beautiful, quiet, and clean area right next to the beach and sea. We ended up extending our stay here 2x! Incredible host and apartment. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We all loved your apartment!

Fantastic place! 5 minutes walk from the airport, whilst being well connected to Valencia center (metro station 1 min walk) with metros every few minutes and only taking around 15-20 min to get the center. (Tickets are also very cheap and can be bought at the station) Lidl is also 1 min away, with a few more local restaurants etc. We chose to stay here for the location (close to airport) but we loved it for how clean (and i mean spotless) the place was, how responsive the host is, how easy it was to get to and from Valencia center and how quiet the area was. Would not chose to stay anywhere else if we return, this was our first time in Spain and this place made it lovely (even through the big Spain blackout on the 28th of April. We could easily walk to the airport and check status etc.) Lovely experience, highly recommended, don't take just my word for it, look at the other reviews!

we really liked the house, perfect location a street from the beach, the terrace is a past with barbecue and very spacious, the only catch that we find with enough dog hair but otherwise great, we would repeat for sure!

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

Pasqualis was an amazing host! He met us for a late check in and was very accommodating. Gave us excellent recommendations (which we visited - all as good as described) The apartment was lovely! As described, clean, great location and practical. The balcony was lovely when the sun came out. Overall - an excellent apartment in a great location to do lots of exploring, eat good food and relax with friends!

Jana's place was perfect for my 2-night-stay in Valencia. Pretty much everything I wanted to see was within an easy walking distance. The studio itself is modern, clean and very spacious. Would happily recommend it to others and would book again when coming back to Valencia!

I recently stayed at Sali’s place, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Our group of six found the apartment was perfect for our needs—spacious, comfortable and very clean. The layout was ideal, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The common area was lovely for gathering, and the fully-equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to local attractions, restaurants, shops and beaches. Sali was a very responsive host and answered any queries we had very promptly. All in all, this apartment was the perfect base for our group, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group!

We had a pleasant stay in Francis's accommodation, he was very kind on arrival. He explained everything in detail and gave us local recommendations, she was attentive at all times. We really liked the Canet area, and also Sagunto.

Good location to explore Valencia. We enjoyed our stay.
