A very nice place located next to the River Drau and surrounded by mountains. Ideal for walking and cycling. From the edge of the village, it’s just a 5-minute walk to open fields and another 10 minutes to reach the nearby forest. Deer often wander through the neighboring meadow—we saw up to six during one walk! Villach is less than 10 minutes away by car, with no traffic jams at any time. Italy and Slovenia are both under 30 minutes away, offering plenty of places to explore. The apartment is well-equipped with a variety of cleaning and cooking tools. The owner is friendly and very supportive.

We were very pleased with the accommodations, communications, space, and price. We would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for an outdoors adventure. We appreciated the pleasant surprise of having the thermal spa so close (10 min walk). We were surprised with how far from the city center it was which made dinner and groceries a challenge on the first night. The bus line is very convenient from this location however, so over coming this limitation was not a problem the other days of our stay. This place is a solid recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Ilona’s cozy apartment – it was spotlessly clean and fully equipped for a relaxing break. The balcony offered stunning views over the lake, and Ilona was always quick to respond and helped resolve any minor issues immediately. We can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

We have been happy to stay in Elke's apartment. It is spacious, clean, with many nice decorations and all harmoniously set. There are all necessary things in the kitchen, bathroom, also extra towels, linen. One feels like at home. The apartment is situated in very quiet street, close to the city centre. Elke was always available and friendly. We only regret we could not try their restaurant, in the same building as the apartment, as it was closed during our stay. I would love it.
