Our villa in Calpe with 2 independent levels of which the ground floor (70 M2) is rented out to tourists (nothing is shared with others) is located on the mountainside of the Maryvilla District on a 910 m2 plot. It is situated along the idyllic coastline of Calpe with its famous rock “the Peňon Ifach” and close by its old city center (2,5-3 km.) with shops, restaurants, sandy beaches and boulevards. You will need a scooter or car to move around. The fully equipped kitchen is for self catering.

The main house is 300 m², featuring a spacious living room and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. It has a dining room for 12 guests, covered by a spectacular glass vault. The house includes 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, 2 of them en suite. There is an annex bedroom with 2 sofa beds and a sink, but no toilet. Guests must use the bathroom in the pool area or the main house.
